My dryer duct was clogged based on what the dryer repair man told me, he told me to call these guys and have them "snake" the duct. I called and made an appointment after a quick explanation by the gentlemen who answered. Couple of hours later the service guy shows up, removes the dryer from it's place and inserts and snake brush. I could not believe the amount of lint he removed. They charged me $89. Great value for this kind of work.

Overall the experience was good. The two service men did arrive a little late due to some traffic, and there was a delay in starting due to the wrong gas tank to fit the machine being available. However, this only led to a 30 minute delay. Once they got started, I asked a lot of questions about what there were going to do and were doing. My only recommendation would have been for the service man to explain more details of the process from start to finish at the beginning or at least as he went (rather than my having to ask). I take responsibility for this as well as I should have been insistent
