Nate came out in response to a home warranty claim for our A/C crapping out. He had the issue identified and resolved even while not sure on approval from the warranty company so we didn't have to wait through a long holiday weekend in the heat of summer. I'll definitely hold on to his card for future business.

David has visited my house twice now to resolve a 2 month ongoing issue that started with a different company. He's been professional and very informative, always teaching me and explaining what should or shouldn't be happening. I'm never quite able to get ahold of them myself but office staff has been quick to respond to my warranty company's request to get a tech back to my house in a timely fashion.

Mike and Nate just happened to be nearby when I realized my a/c unit had stopped working. Even though they had a full day scheduled already, they stopped in the moment to check out my issue.
It can't be overstated how appreciative my kids and I are that they were able to quickly get me up and running again.
Capacitor replacement, hard starter added, 2 leaky parts replaced and coolant added. All at a reasonable price.
I'll be using Metro Heating and AC for the foreseeable future and letting my local friends know about them.

Metro Heating and AC is absolutely THE best. My tech was Mike who was prompt, friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. I have had different companies out to repair my AC for the past 3 summers. Each one filled my coolant, and said there were no leaks. Mike found THREE leaks that were missed, and cleaned up a LOT of bad work the other companies had left behind.
