Fantastic service all around! Unlike some of their competitors in the area, they actually answer the phone when you call!! Professional and timely, I would strongly recommend Hales. My furnace wasn't working properly and Mr. Beck arrived on time and was able to diagnose the problem and fix the furnace the same day. He also didn't mind me standing over his shoulder and asking questions while he worked to diagnose the issue. Very professional and personable. Seemed like a no-nonsense type of company and I would call them again for my other properties.

Charles, Javier and Cody we very professional installers. Charles explained how everything would be working now along with working the new thermostat. The technicians made sure they cleaned all the debris from working up and my new furnace looks fantastic. The A/C unit looks just as good. You can tell they care how their work looks! Job well done!!

Great experience from start to finish. Michelle gave us several options based on my needs...financing, equipment, etc... The information was easy to understand. Charles and James, the two technicians that did the install, went above and beyond to make the experience a great one. It was a big job!!!They arrived promptly at the scheduled time 8 o’clock in the morning and did not leave until the work was completed at 9 pm. They took time to explain any questions I had during the install. The folks at Hale’s has my respect and business for any future needs. Thank You to everyone at Hale’s.
