In 2018 we had a new Whirlpool water heater installed. Oct of 2020 the burner went out and we called Sergio's Plumbing and they instructed us to contact Whirlpool to request a new burner and call them back as soon as we receive it. The part came in and we called them back. We have been dealing with plumbers for decades now and decided to walk our dogs while we wait. Our walks are about 20 minutes and we have never had an experience with a plumber that comes out in less than an hour. In the short time we were gone they had come out to the house. WOW. Sergio responded very quickly to my phone call. Was about a half hour. Fully appraised me of the work involved in removing and replacing my water heater. I was impressed with his knowledge and workmanship and recommendations. Once at my home to do the work it went quickly and smoothly. On top of that he is easy to talk to, friendly and courteous . . . as is his helper Danny. Highly recommend.

I called Sergio and he answered the phone! I needed a shut-off valve on the gas line to my kitchen stove. He came the following day to look things over and gave me pricing for a few options that might be necessary. The existing piping was crowded with a head-scratching unorthodox layout. The next day he came well-organized and got started. The work was completed within an hour (including clean-up) and the cost was in his lowest estimated range because everything executed simply and easily. He is knowledgeable and experienced and explained things as he went along. I will use him again.

Kitchen sink was clogged and in need of a plumber quick. My local Ace
referred Sergio's Plumbing. I could not be more happy with the service provided and prices are very fair for the work they do. The technician showed up on time, was very professional, explaining too me what was being done and why. It ended up being a monster clog but he got the work done and all is working great!!! My shower was shooting out water from behind the handle. It was not something I could have fixed myself. I called Sergio's Plumbing. He came to my house the same day and at the time he said he would arrive. He was masked up and placed shoe covers on. He is the most professional, competent, and friendly plumber I have met in Vallejo for the 50 years I have been living here. My shower is working perfect. His price is very good and warranty for his work is exceptional. I highly recommend Sergio's Plumbing. I will never use another plumbing service. I have his number locked in my phone.

Sergio came to my home at a moment's notice today and cleaned out my daughter's clogged toilet. I was so grateful. He has come by several other times to reassure me about a things and didn't charge anything. About a year ago, he secured my kitchen sink in place after the last plumber didn't install it correctly. About six months ago, he helped me out by replacing a brass pressure regulator in the my front yard to control the water pressure going into the home. Sergio is an honest plumber. Had a leak, he came out as soon as he was done on a previous job and looked at it. Gave me quote (much cheaper than most plumbers), got it done in 15 mins. I appreciate how professional he was and also honest he was. Hard to find people who will do honest work and not purposely put a hole in your wallet. Would recommend 100%. He is local to Vallejo.

I wanted to write this review a few weeks ago but haven't had a chance. I had some work done at my House with another plumber that didn't do it correctly. I was so stressed out but my friends gave me Sergio's number and I called he was able to come the same day and fixed the problem. He is honest and does an amazing job! I wouldn't use anyone els from now on.
