With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Phil founded Ikon Builders in 2011 with his father and brother. He serves the company and its clients as chief estimator, sales, marketing, and consultant to complex insurance losses. Matt has worked in all aspects of insurance reconstruction management since 1999.

A vehicle drove through two homes in the HOA I manage. The master insurance hired IKON to preform the rebuild and repairs. I have managed condos for over 15 years and this is by far the largest claim I have dealt with to date.
Monica Cooley, an employee of Ikon Builders, contacted me and the homeowners weekly to update us on the progress. There was never a time I could not get a hold of her. I have recommended IKON to other HOAs.

I made the mistake of using this company to pack up, store, and put back the contents of my lower room in my home, as part of a slab leak repair process. This review is a little late on my part but definitely wanted to take the time to leave Ikon Builders a positive review. In late 2019, a leak in a neighbors pipe caused significant damage to my condo unit. My insurance agent gave me a few referrals and I went with Ikon. The project manager Adam Zurn, was great to work with. Always communicated any progress and delays. The quality of work was good. I took it upon myself to pay for some upgrades and Adam was helpful in sharing suggestions and options. Yajania in their front office was also very helpful when it came to ensuring the proper paperwork

Usually insurance company recommendations aren't to be trusted, but my husband and I decided to take a chance on this one as our kitchen was in-operable due to a fire at the time, and they are highly reviewed online and their office is nearby. And wow, just wow... After 9 months I am astonished with the professionalism and the quality of work. I can't speak for every sub-contractor, but they processed change orders and didn't hesitate to speak with me about any of my concerns, and they made me feel right.

Our house had a slab leak that damaged our floors and walls. Our insurance company suggested Ikon builders and choosing them was the best decision we could have made. This was the first time in my life I met a contracting company that was on time, every time. Our project manager, Anthony, was very friendly and helpful. We had a pipe leak in the bathroom wall that damaged the bathroom as well as our family room. Water damage in the walls, carpet etc. Ikon Builders was amazing. The whole team was so professional. They always arrived on time, kept the work area clean and we were so please with everything Ikon did. Heed my warning DO NOT USE this company. I wouldnt let them restore a dog house. We had a leak in our kitchen, ikon began work to restore my kitchen in September 2019 with a completion time of 4-6 weeks. It is now January 2020 and my kitchen is still not complete. I have had 2 different cabinet makers and they are the worst. They dont seem to be able to follow instruction or a draft. I have a cabinet that is hung wrong. With unnecessary hole drilled into the side of my beautiful new cabinets. I am lucky if workers come to my home once a week. the cabinet makers make my husband and I feel like this

I am so happy with Ikon Builders!! Ikon Builders did the repair work that was needed when my hot water heater failed.
