We offer appointments to fit the customer's schedule, even on nights and weekends if need be. The customer need not be present either. Many of our customers have left doors unlocked or hid keys with a check list of work to be completed while they were not home. We have a bucket of keys to customers houses at our office.
The more information we have from the customer about your home the more accurate of an estimate we can give you. Room sizes/dimensions help in giving the customer an accurate price (a 20x20 room will cost significantly more versus a 12x10 room), as well as the condition of the carpet (are there numerous spots, spills, stains and/or odors that might require extra attention?).
We charge by the square foot and for each step on a staircase. You could call our office if you know the square footage or dimensions of the rooms and we can provide an over the phone estimate. Note that the price we give you over the phone is an estimate and if the measurements are not correct (upon arrival WE will physically measure the area's to be cleaned) the and the estimate can be adjusted accordingly.
Before we come to your home there are a few things that should be done to help us get your home sparkling clean in an efficient manner. Place all breakable items (flower pots, vases, glass topped tables, extremely valuable items and or broken furniture) in areas where we will not be cleaning carpet.
