Absolutely amazing company with the best staff. Very responsive to my families needs on the areas of concern on our carpets. During these unpredictable times with covid 19 and everything else they were very cautious and wore masks, not only were they showing Respect for us as homeowners but also with utmost professionalism. These guys are not carpet cleaners they are carpet professionals. I had paint in my carpet and they warned me it may never come out but guess what the carpet professionals at yaeger made this happen. Damaged my beautiful rugs. Owner did not take responsibility for the damage. I regret so much trusting this business. I wish I saw a candid review before taking my rugs here. Would give a zero or negative star rating if that was a choice. Not even worth a 1 rating.

A very professional and high level of care business. Jimmy who cleaned my carpet was meticulous and took the time and cleaned a white area carpet that I though wasn't salvageable to nearly a new condition. I was referred to them by a close friend and I will also highly recommend them.
