It took two weeks for this guy to get to my house. I bought a Groupon for two rooms and hallway. When he arrived he told me he needed to charge me an additional 20 per room to "sanitize" the carpet and make it seem as if the carpets would not really be clean unless I paid him that. He kept trying to get more money...I told him I did not have a hallway carpet which was to be included and would he do a tiny bedroom carpet instead and I would pay the difference. He said he wanted 50 for the tiny carpet...I already had pd 75...so essentially this guy wanted an additional 110! I sent him away
