We had a party on a Sunday, and found out our air conditioning was broken the night before. We called at 9am on a Sunday, they were there by 10am. They were knowledgeable and personable, and completed the repairs quickly and fully.

They lied to us about our options with getting our AC unit replaced through warranty. They basically sided with the warranty company to recommend to repair a massive leak that was causing Freon to completely run out monthly which means the AC died monthly. What irritates us was at first when their rep came out for the Inspection to determine what needed to be done, he said there's no way to repair the leak it was too large and we would definitely need to replace the AC unit. If he did repair he said it would most likely not last long. The next day or so, we were notified by American Home Shield

Initially our experience started out positively. We filed a claim via our home warranty company, and RR was the assigned service provider. The technician arrived in a timely fashion and quickly diagnosed a failed compressor. He told us that he would file the appropriate report with the warranty company and that we would have a new compressor within five days. Over a week went by and my attempts to follow up were ignored. I finally called our warranty company and they said the RR technician had classified this mechanical failure as an ACT OF GOD, therefore it wouldn't be covered. Over the next

Ray the owner of RR HAVC had done excellent work for me before so when it was time to replace a 40-year heat pump system I call him for a bid. He came the next day and gave me a great price which included a google programable nest temperature control. His workers showed up the next day. It was a very difficult job because of the remote location of the compressor and the air handler location in the attic. They had to disassemble and reassemble the unit to get it into the attic. They also had to cut up the old unit to get it out of the attic. Also, the wires were not color-coded making it difficult

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVEN IF YOUR HOME WARRANTY ASSIGNS THEM TO YOU! The tech came out on 8/5/21 was rude when he told me the following:"replace my unit or I could repair it." So I asked him if it can be repaired, does it really need to be replaced which is a reasonable question. He said because it's better to replace it in a rude sarcastic way.

Several months ago, my air conditioner started making loud noises and a different repair company came out and couldn't determine what was going on. So, I was disappointed when it broke down during our heatwave this month. The very polite and professional technician, David, was able to diagnose the issue in just five minutes. The repair was just as fast. I was really impressed with his level of expertise. And, the overall experience was very pleasant as David was very friendly. I highly recommended this company.

Our condenser unit started making a really loud buzzing noise when running. It was sporadic and sometimes would go away after a few minutes. Our AC was still working just fine but I wanted to make sure someone looked at it.
Debra was quick in scheduling an appointment to have David come out to our house the next day.
The sound was strange and hard to describe to David, but after a few tries the unit made the fated noise. It didn't take long for David at all to figure out that there was a problem with the motor and the blades. He quickly replaced the motor but needed to run to the supply

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. RR HVAC was assigned to our AC repair by our home warranty company, American Home Shield. Unprofessional and threatening behavior from the owner/tech who said his name as "Mike". He left our home without fixing our air conditioner. Made comments about COVID being fake and masks not working, even though this was never brought up by us. Left angrily without finishing the repair or putting the AC unit back together because my husband said we didn't need to talk about COVID but should talk about the AC problem. Our AC died in the middle of a heat wave (100+ temperature everyday and not cooling much at night). Normal I wouldn't about timing but with a newborn I wanted to make sure someone came quick. Not only was RR quick to respond but our tech Dave was great. Dave immediately knew the issue but was also very thorough and made sure to check that everything else was working right. Thank you Dave for you help! We're very happy with the service we received and to have work AC again!

I wish I could give 0 starts but I don't have that option. RR HVAC was forced on my by my home insurance company. I was scheduled for service 8 AM -12. At 12 I received a call that they would come by 5 PM. I called several times to verify if they were coming after no one came and it was after 4 PM. I called and texted with my number and gate code. After 6 I received a call that the guy came but could not get in the gate and her called me. Total BS, I have no phone record of a call, I gave the gate code, and between 4 PM and 6 PM someone is always coming in the gate. RR HVAC lied or their

Would not recommend. Misdiagnosed a pump issue with my home warranty company so they wouldn't cover it and then quoted me $300 higher(than another company) for the same scope of work. When I asked for an itemized quote so I could see what I was paying for, he said "it's a flat rate". Don't waste your time with this unprofessional and incompetent company.
