Gary came to my house today to fix my refrigerator. He came on time, diagnosed the problem very quickly and gave me a fair quote. I was lucky that the parts I needed were in stock, so he came back within the hour and fixed it. The service was so quick that none of my food even went bad!! Called and maid an appointment. They called me when they were on the way to confirm and let me know that they will be here in 30 some minutes, i like that because i forget things :))
Knowlegeble tech, found the problem right away and had the part to take care of it on the spot. Price wise, i dont know to be hones,but i think it was pretty fear! I will defentetly call them again. Oh by the way, the rep called after the appointment to follow up to see how satisfied i was with over all experiance. Told them it was great! You don't see to many companies do that right?!
