Joe came to my family's rescue on a day he didn't really have time and worked late because the part needed for our wonky A/C was not a common version, requiring him to drive from Chula Vista to Pacific Beach and back.
We originally found Air Support about 5 years ago and Joe was the first person we thought of when our AC died last night. His service is top-notch and he is truly committed to the best service at the best prices.

My worst fear happened my air conditioning went out on a very hot day. I knew it would be almost impossible to get someone out to fix it at 4 pm. I went on yelp and started calling everyone on the list. My number one criteria was they had to come that day. I knew I was going to pay through the roof but, excessive heat makes me do things I normally wouldn't. I called Joseph at Air Support and he said sure he'd come over. We are in a heat wave and I'm in East County and this wonderful guy came out on his weekend. I can't thank him enough! Definitely would recommend this company! FABULOUS customer service!!! I asked Joe to go to one of my customers houses for a new AC unit. I loved the whole process. Joe double checked the address, verified the meeting time, and waS extremely thorough.
The apps and software he uses to communicate are state of the art and absolutely make a better experience for customers.
I have started to look into adding that same software to my business. I'm definitely not looking forward to the time it would take to set it up as well as Joe did.

Our heat pump went out on us. We got a temporary fix. Knew we would need a new unit. Asked some friends. Everyone said Air Support is the place to call. Heard rave reviews about Joe, the owner. Well, we called.He will not sell you an inferior product. He is not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. The installation was complete today. Could not be happier. Joe recently installed a Trane 2 stage AC system in my home. I would never again consider another HVAC provider. He is honest, professional, neat, respectful of property, communicates extremely well,has the most extensive knowledge base, and is a veteran! Joe's quote was not the least expensive, but his expertise quickly separated his from the other 4 bids. Our AC unit broke down on us during the middle of the heat wave. I was going to go to the original business that installed our AC but decided to do some research. I came across Air Support & read all their reviews & saw the owner was a previous Servicemember so I wanted to give them a shot.

I called Air Support last year because my AC wasn't cooling properly and Joe came out to take a look. He spent the time going over the system with me and let me know I likely had a leak in my system. No pressure to get it fixed, just told me all options. I couldn't get the fix then, so he went ahead and filled my refrigerant for me and it lasted for a full year.

I met Joe about two years (2017) ago while he was working on my neighbors house. After talking with him I knew he was an honest person and I just got a good feeling about him. Today (Jul 2019) my A/C isn't working correctly and the first person I think of is Joe. I called him and he came out and started to trouble shoot the problem. He took his time in trouble shooting the problem and let me know what could be going wrong. Joe is the best!! We were selling our house and needed our AC looked at/fixed at request of our buyer. I called Joe and he made time for me the next day to come by and look at it. He was honest and fair in his pricing (even offered us a military discount) and quickly fixed any concerns. He also gave us a detailed report with pictures to show the buyer what was done! Joe said I would rather have a long time client and I'm only going to charge you my service call fee which was very reasonable. I got great customer service from Joe at Air Support. It was easy to schedule appointment, and he gave me a call when he was on his way so I didn't have to sit at home and wait for him. When he arrived he was friendly and professional. He replaced my broken thermostat, and recommended new registers to approve the airflow. I had the best night's sleep in weeks, thanks for the nice cool air that was finally making it into my bedroom for a change. I'm having him back to service my air conditioning unit, and I'm sure he won't disappoint. I would definitely recommend Air Support
