They helped diagnose and fix a few split AC units I had. I had a leak somewhere in my two separate systems. As a last resort I had Total Comfort use leak stop because We couldn't find the leak and a new system would cost $$$. They put the leak stop in at beginning of May with a full coolant charge and AC has been running cold ever since. Their crew and office staff was great the whole way. Thanks!

I’ve Used their services twice so far and everything was excellent. Their employees are friendly, punctual (early as a matter of fact), knowledgeable and clearly enjoy what they do. I’ve spoken to John each time he has been helpful and profession and was even able to get someone out to install thermostats and fix an A/C issue in 48 hours. Am also using them for gas line for new dryer and plan on signing up contract for regular six month maintenance. I don’t ever post reviews online but in this case I felt I should. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I have two HVAC units in the house, and in 2019 decided to replace both of them. Called Total Comfort to provide recommendations and associated costs. Roger responded promptly and provided alternates, pros and cons for each system, and his recommendations. After we selected the system to use, he set up an appointment for the installation, and performed the installation in a very professional manner. The systems have now been in use, for both heating and cooling, for over a year. We are very happy and satisfied with both units. We also found their service department to be very courteous and professional

The worst experience; took over 2 months to have everything installed. After installation did not work; never had anyone available; condenser had to be replaced (brand new unit) finally got it working on 6/21 and it stopped working (again) on 6/29/2018 going into the hottest weekend of the year with no AC and they don't have anyone available until tomorrow!!
