We used Rae Trent to install the windows and the sliding door in our whole house. Chuck was very professional and kept us in the loop because it did take a while to get the materials in. The install guys were quick and did a great job. There was a small issue with the back door lock and that needed to be reordered but it was done by Chuck and he personally came out to fix it. I recommend Rae Trent for your home fixing needs.

Installers were very efficient when tearing down old gutters & installing the new ones. They also took care not to damage our flower beds which was much appreciated! We’re super pleased with the quality of the seamless gutters and happy to have guards so we don’t have to climb ladders to clean anymore. Rae Trent Remodeling is easy to work with and competitive. We will use them for future projects and recommend them in a heartbeat!

Would rate lower if I could. Owner is nothing more than a salesman who knows nothing about doing the work. Subcontracts everything. Flat out lies about start and finish times and delays, orders wrong materials, roofing crew started. Tore off roof and started install in 1 day. My wife told them the shingles were wrong color, took a week off while waiting to get correct material. First siding crew did shoddy work, when I complained to Chuck he told me the trim work couldn't be done as requested, I knew better and the installer he sent to finish did it as I requested. the 1st installer told me my

Owner Chuck Thill is rude and unprofessional, he overcharges compared to other companies and calls/texts multiple times bugging you to go with his company. Get more than just one quote from him because you will save hundreds maybe thousands depending on the job of course.

Raetrent put in a new sliding glass door and we had them put in a privacy fence. Both are beautiful! We could not be happier. The workers were professional and did their jobs well. I felt comfortable and confident with Raetrent from the first visit with the representative, through the phone calls, the workers and the closing visit. Chuck always seemed to be running late when it came to meeting us whether it was for the initial consultation or starting our project. They also use contractors for everything nothing is done in house so it’s basically like using a third party. I also had a friend getting a very similar upgrade done to her home and it was done 2 weeks sonnet and for 600$ less. Next time I’ll have to do some more research and not settle for my home projects.
