We have experience in building commercial and residential projects that range from one hundred thousand to two million dollars.

Sam did a great job finishing our basement. The quality of the work was excellent. He was very accommodating to changes we requested during the process. While not cheap, the price was very reasonable. The work started and finished on time, and he kept and open line of communication with us throughout.

We had our basement finished, this included flooring, drywall, doors, electrical, a full bath, painting, and more. Sam and his team were willing to add requested items , including adding another finished workshop area during the construction. The price was very reasonable and the work was excellent. Sam was present throughout the.process, including city inspections. We appreciated his flexibility and quality of work. We would recommend him for.your construction needs.

Sam and his team did a great job with our reno prior to moving into our house. He was transparent and accommodating to all questions from start to finish. He put a beam in to open up a living area, installed floors, converted a shower to a tub, and a couple more odds and ends. All work was quality and we love the finished product.

SCF construction Remodeled our master bathroom. They were on time each day, honest, and the finished product was excellent. I liked that Sam was easy to get a hold of and was on the job site often as well. Price was fair and will definitely call again for future projects.

Sam and his crew are very professional, very easy to work with.
Sam will listen what you want done and he will make it happen.
You can trust them. I left the door unlock on the day I had to work and not to worry about.
They cleaned up after work each day.
The price is very reasonable.
They just finished my bedroom conversion. I absolutely love the final result. It’s like you watch the HGTV show.
He is busy because he is good.
So you may have to wait before he could start your project but I’m telling you it’s worth it.
I have bathroom and front deck projects waiting for him already

Sam did an outstanding job remodeling our kitchen and dining room. He worked with our budget and made sure we got the most for our money. His crew was very polite and respectful and treated the job like it was their own house. Sam always answered any questions we had and would always call to explain everything happening throughout the entire process. He worked swiftly with our city and made sure the proper permits were filed and never overlooked any minor details. I highly recommend SCF and look forward to working with them again
