My ac unit was not running last night and I called this company's office. They were pretty fast and dispatched an engineer to the site and replaced compactor so cooling came back. Since my whole unit is new and still under warranty they have only charged me for labor, but this charge was a little surprise, $223, for labor only. I texted them for an explanation. Here is their main points of reply:
1. $74 trip charge, purely for sending an engineer to your site --- not including ANY work (the owner was clear on this);
2. $98.96 for replacing the capacitor --- labor only (part under warranty

We were having AC condensation leaking issues at our business recently. Your serviceman Rodney Eleby came to our office promptly after the call was made. I showed Mr. Eleby where the issue was located and he immediately went to investigate. He discovered the cause of our leaking problem and showed me the drain lines were extensively clogged. He proceeded to work and went the extra mile and replaced the drain lines and made sure it wasn’t going to leak in the future. I spoke with Javier on the phone yesterday morning. He came out yesterday afternoon. We already knew we needed a new a/c system. His technicians came out today and replaced everything. It was an incredibly easy and affordable experience. I was handled in a friendly and professional manner at all times. I would highly recommend!

I couldn’t have asked for a better HVAC company to come out and support my family and I! Javier and his team did an phenomenal job installing an new Heat Pump Mini A/C Splitter! They respond fast and works with you in the pricing! I asked Javier, why does HVAC. His response, “there’s nothing greater than providing for people! Especially the people that I work with. I’m privileged to work late hours so that my team can have the opportunity to put food on their table and take care of their families!” I can support a company like Advance Cooling!

Total rip off. Told me that I had a slow leak and they were unsure of where the leak was located. So $900 later I had them recharge the unit with the hope that I would get a couple of months out of it while I saved for a longer term option 2 weeks later my AC is out again. I went to look at it myself to make sure it wasn't just frozen and saw a huge hole. How did they miss it. Such a waste of money. Dont let them cheat you too. Get someone that knows what they are doing.

Scheduled service/ duct repair call for same day possibly the next. Was told they would call when on way. Yesterday, being the next day, I called them at 4 to make sure they hadn't forgot. She preceded to tell me the guy had said they were too far behind to get there. I questioned why they didn't call and she hung up on me.
Glad they didn't show up because they seem to be incompetent at the very least.

Javier is a life saver. We had been given the run around and less than honest treatment from another service provider and Advanced Cooling solved our AC problems and he did do with a smile on his face and a spring in his step. Javier is the AC whisperer - lol
Not surprisingly, Advanced cooling helped me 5 years ago on another home I owned and again, they rose to the occasion and solved a tough cooling problem and had us back up and running in no time.
