I am unfortunately terrible with names and do not remember the tech's name that came out, but he was wonderful! He was very prompt, polite, did a wonderful job cleaning our dryer duct, and took the time to answer a few questions I had. Also, the appointment making process was very easy. They answered my first call at 7:30pm on a weeknight, and got me an appointment within the same week. Thank you for the great service!

I bought a Living Social coupon for 10 vents, supposedly covering $245 of work for $55. They proceed to charge me $450 minus $55 for my coupon! What a scam. They tacked on a lot of extra costs which their competitors include. Good service, but misleading. Expect to pay much more $$$$. Would not use again.

These guys are awesome! we had an unusual system and the tech had to work a lot more to get our ducts clean in our home, our ducts were in pretty bad shape after years of cats and dust, the cleaning was very thorough and the response time was quick. The price was exactly as quoted and very reasonable. Very impressed, great service, I highly recommend them!

ONE STAR REVIEW!!
They rammed their equipment into my front door gouging into the wood. They admitted to it at the time. The owner asked me to get estimates to fix but now that they realize it is not fixable they have changed their minds and now claim they didn't do it. Bunch of liars...
I would give 1 star but the company keeps deleting my one star reviews .. apparently they cannot delete 3 star reviews..

These guys were great! I had them come clean out my air ducts and they were very thorough. I felt they weren't trying to con me out of more money which is a common issue with these types of companies. The air in my house improved drastically thanks to these guys! They did it at a great price too! I recommend these guys to anyone.

We purchased a Groupon for this company to clean 10 vents in our home. It was very apparent that he (unsure of his name, even now) did not value our business, possibly because of the Groupon. When I scheduled the appointment I told him about the Groupon and all he asked was for a date that would work. He then had me text him our address and a confirmation of the date\time. No questions were asked about the location of our home, the size, the layout, the # of vents... nothing. I thought that was weird but went with it. When he arrived (late) for our appointment he was only at our home maybe 5 minutes
