I've lived in my townhouse for 15 years and never had my ducts cleaned. I called up 3 companies and got quotes ranging from $229 - $800. They had similar methods (negative air pressure, roto brushing, air whips, + disinfecting) and 2 of them included dryer vent cleaning for an extra charge (ranging $50 - $99), but Air Improvement threw it in as part of the package. Avi and came out and cleaned the vents and dryer vent. I don't know when, if ever, the vents had been cleaned, but it had been 3 years since I had the dryer vent cleaned. When they cleaned the dryer vent from the outside, it was like it was snowing. So much lint and debris coming out of the vent!! It was scary to think that the amount of lint coming out from the vent could have caused a fire. I am pretty sure the last guy I hired didn't clean the dryer vent from outside, only a cursory cleaning from inside, based on observation of Avi and his partner. They got on a ladder outside to clean

Avi came out to clean and sanitize our vents throughout our entire house including bathroom and dryer. He showed up on time and was very polite. Overall he did a great job! He even showed us before and after pictures juts so we were aware of the random things in our vents. Avi finished everything in a timely manner, which we definitely appreciate since we are such busy people. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone looking to clean their home vents for a VERY reasonable price.

Avi is incredible! He was professional, fast, clean, and communicative. He helped show me things before he started and explained what he was doing. He gave me good handyman/homeowner advice too like what sort of air filters I should buy, and how I need a flap to cover my dryer exit vent so I don't get rodents! He gave me an estimate on Yelp and kept that price at the end of the day. Super friendly and my house smells great! You won't believe what he finds in the vents... a tennis ball?! How did that get there?

We needed our dryer vent cleaned. These guys were immediately responsive, friendly, and had the best quote of all companies I contacted. On the day of our service they communicated well, were super friendly, and the guy that showed up spent time explaining everything that was going on as well as doing great work.

I can't say enough about the professionalism of Avi and his team! He did a fantastic job of cleaning our air ducts and dryer vent. We noticed the difference in our air immediately! We had recently had a major renovation done with new carpet and hard wood floors installed. Much of the debris that he found was from these last renovations, but we had no idea if the air ducts had ever been cleaned in our home that is now 15 years old. He even found pieces of tile from the original installation when the house was built!

Highly recommended! Super professional! He went above and beyond of what the standard services would be. He was careful and clean and made sure nothing was left behind. He even put up with my crazy dog that escaped and helped us capture her! Lol... you will not regret hiring him! He wore a mask the whole time to ensure our safety as well. 10 out of 10!
