I am very satisfied with the AMC contracting work recently done on my home by Sergio and team! They repaired a big problem I had with my back (patio) door & small area of inside subfloor next to the door. Water had splashed up from the deck (for years) and the bottom of the door center support had rotted out & small area of inside subfloor had also rotted & needed replacing. Sergio & team removed the patio door and replaced the support & replaced the necessary subflooring. They re-installed the patio door, storm door, did necessary caulking & painting. A great job! Wish our interaction could have gone better, and I expected it to since they had such good reviews in the past. My experience however was very unprofessional, especially when it came to transparency and communication. Over a 2 month period I asked a dozen times to speak with someone over the phone to get details of my project and was constantly turned down or ignored. Would get one sentence responses to emails that didn't actually answer any of my questions on timelines or what to expect once we would get started.

Carlos & his team at AMC has completed a number of successful projects indoors at our home. This was our 1st outdoor project, repairing of damaged siding & trim and repainting of house & garage. We could not be more pleased - the team from AMC were a group of hard workers that completed this job during the HOTTEST week of the summer! Heat Index was over 100+ each day but they got it done & it looks beautiful. We did our best to keep them hydrated & safe each day, they continued to do an amazing job, working late in the day to get it completed, after cleaning up the work area each day. Must give

I had originally spoke to Carlos months ago about a roof installation on my 10x16 shed, and I was waiting for the price of lumber to go down. Of course that didn't happen, so I bit the bullet and paid for it, and it had to be 4 months later that he had stayed in touch with me, kept the price at the original estimate, and worked around the weather. Jose and Sergio showed up and these two men represent AMC extremely well, hard working and friendly. The quality of the work surpassed my expectations for a simple shed, to the point where I may now use it as my main workshop because it looks so nice

Carlos is a life saver! We needed to remove the tile backsplash in our kitchen as part of a refurbishment, but since we were replacing it with drywall (instead of tile), we could not find anyone willing to do the work without charging us an arm and a leg and making us wait six weeks for the privilege. Top notch service. Prompt and friendly contractors. They made sure the job was right the first time and made sure I was satisfied prior to departing my house. I could not be happier with the work Carlos and his team did for us. He redid part of our master bathroom and not only is it beautiful, but he always provided quick and consistent communication and was very reasonable with pricing. His guys were super respectful and cleaned the space up well after every workday. When we ran into issues with the a damaged vanity from wayfair, Carlos did everything he could to help and make sure the job got done right.
