I was sold a system and installed but then treated with disrespect when asked for simple item from the owner. Weeks of requests and owner would not communicate or deliver, communicate or answer the phone. When I asked around, I was told by quite a few people locally that they had similar experiences. I'm only writing to warn others that that once you give over the money then the respect and communication will stop.

Thank You Todd for the excellent service provided to our office on Thursday-Friday! I called around 2:30 PM Thursday and you were very polite, at out office within the hour, and diagnosed our heater needed replaced. You said you would be able to return the next day by 12:30 with a new heater and your techs( who were also very polite) were here by noon and started removing the bad unit. The prompt and excellent service you provided during the first week of 0 degree weather of 2018 was greatly appreciated! I would and will highly recommend Munro to all friends and family! Great job!!!

The last thing we needed with a five month old baby and another April snowstorm, was a dead furnace. Todd came out and got us back and running to get us through the storm and then came out to replace the unit (our decision, after looking at the options) with his crew, providing us with a variety of plans to fit our needs. They showed up on time, and were courteous and professional throughout. Three weeks later, when a completely different and unrelated contractor tripped a few breakers and blew out a fuse in the unit, Todd had us back and running within an hour. Excellent service. Highly recommend

We had used Munro Heating twice in the past to service our split duct HVAC system. Three years ago he (Todd) charged us $150 to recharge the coolant. Today he charged us $400 for the same job. I understand that labor and material costs increase but a 160 percent increase seems excessive. We trusted Todd and for that reason did not ask for a quote before the job was started. Lesson learned. And Munro lost a customer.

I was desperate to find a heating and air expert that didn't show up late (or at all) then scratch their heads, charge me a ton and know very little. I searched and found Munro. Todd Munro (owner and operator) answered the phone, came over quickly and on time. Todd found the problem and fixed it. And.... Drum roll please..... Not expensive! No up sells, no scams, no clueless contractors. I'm free!!!! Highly recommend this company. You won't be sorry. 5 stars!!!!!!

Our AC went out on Friday night (thank goodness the heat wave just broke.) I called and I spoke with Todd on Friday night and he said he could come out Saturday or Sunday. Sunday worked better for us so we scheduled the appointment for 10:15 and sure enough at 10:10 we had a knock on our door.
Todd was extremely professional and nice. He worked quickly and was able to diagnose the problem almost immediately. He even had the part on the truck. By 10:45 we had AC again and we were very grateful. I dont know what the going rate is for replacing the compressor on a Sunday but we weren't stunned by
