I hired Neal to do some simple ceiling drywall repair. After confirming and re-confirming the appointment two days before, one day before, and at 8:15 am before the 10:30 am on the day of the appointment, he canceled with no reason, failed to call, or leave any message other than an email stating "I can't do it today". This was after I rented a truck to purchase and transport the insulation and drywall to the job site for Neal to make his job easier. After I saw his email, I asked him to call me back, and he refused. He never apologized for his failure to arrive for a three-time confirmed appointment
