2022 Follow Up comment: Scott runs a good crew and the periodic check in to see if things are going well are appreciated. Sebastian reached out in Nov/Dec to see if things were ok and sent over one of the team to do some touch up work for a leak on a side door. Scott has even come by to visit from time to time and check in. Good professional follow up post warranty etc, seriously gives you peace of mind to know that they care about their work which you can appreciate. Glad to be a customer with ECD. All in the dormer has been incredible and into year 5 soon.

It's been 2 years since we renovated our home and we are still happy customers. Scott, Darci and the crew at East Coast Dormers are the quintessential professionals. We were renovation "newbies" and the process can certainly be quite stressful but they ensured we understood every phase of the project and addressed our questions and concerns. The crew was equally fantastic...always on time, cleaned up after a day's work and made the process as smooth as possible. The construction began on 8/5/19 and completed on time in approximately 4-5 weeks! We recently reached out to EC Dormers for minor repairs

I'm working with Scott and Sebastian on a second floor modular addition. As part of our project, we needed a Variance for the permit. Scott took out the time to help me prepare our case and even accompanied me to the hearing. These guys are top notch and have gone above and beyond each step of the way. We can't wait for the finished addition and will share pictures when it's completed.

I'm truly impressed with the level of dedication East Coast Dormer has for their clients. Our modular extension was completed in 2019. Today, Dec. 3, 2021, they came back to repair some cracks that occurred due to settling. Over the last two and a half years since our modular extension was completed, East Coast Dormer has remained in contact with us to ensure our satisfaction. Offering to come and do any repairs needed. Doing a modular extension is a big decision, so it is important to know you'll be in great hands with East Coast Dormers now and in the future.

IT'S BEEN 3 YEARS SINCE THE COMPLETION OF OUR HOME AND I NEEDED SOME MINOR TOUCH-UPS DONE AND SABASTION SAID "NO PROBLEM" (EVEN THOUGH THE WARRANTY HAD EXPIRED). THE NEXT DAY DAVIS WAS AT OUR HOME TO DO THE TOUCH-UPS FOR US. IF YOU PLAN TO EXPAND ON YOUR PROPERTY, DO NOT HESTITATE TO CONTACT EAST COAST DORMERS. Just got finished with our second-floor addition, could not be happier with the finished product. If you are going to do a dormer, look no further..you will avoid all the aggravation and headaches that undoubtedly come along with traditional stick additions and East Coast won’t make you pay extra for it! These are trustworthy people in a field that is littered with snake oil contractors…you will be happy you found this company!

When we first met Scott, Sebastian, and Dave, we knew we were in good hands. Their kindness, care and knowledge went above and beyond. They were spot on with the potential of what our house would look like. They valued and respected our input and were 100% transparent throughout every step of the process. We had plans finalized in January and construction began in June. It was truly amazing to watch the skilled crane company weave our second story through trees and power lines to rest on our house. We decided to go with a modular dormer after meeting with Scott and his associates, researching the options, and seeing how much is available with a modular build. I had expected a 'one size fits all' model, but Scott showed how much variation could be achieved with modular builds. The perks are that there was very little disruption to our lives, the whole project - demolition/ installation and finishing touches - was completed in about 3-4 weeks. I highly recommend East Coast Dormer Company. Scott and his staff are professional people. Scott does everything for you. He does the drawings (plans), and the permit process very fast. My husband and I are very happy with the job Scott did. It has been 4 years since they did the beautiful dormer. I noticed a few days ago that our daughter's room was colder than our room. We called Scott and told him about what was going on. He came immediately, found the problem and fixed it. It is hard to find a company you can trust.

Ten years ago, my husband and I began the process of getting architectural plans completed so that we could build our dream home.
