I am not able to speak to the quality of their work because I am still waiting for a quote after attempting to schedule many visits. They must not need any business I have been in contact with them since November and still don’t have a quote. This company is a joke and I would not recommend it to anyone the fact the I had to call multiple times to remind them they owed me a response or were supposed to schedule a visit is beyond me. Glad I was able to experience the poor responsiveness and punctuality before signing a contract for them to do work and it become a complete disaster. By the way

I have been renovating a home in DT Willoughby for 3 years. I have a binder full of contractors. I have also been self employed and in the trades for 28 years. This company truly is the absolute BEST company and group of people I have ever worked with. Starting with obtaining a quote, scheduling the project, the team you will come in contact with, the skill of the craftsmanship from the floor to the carpentry. We have had Ernie and sons do our Hickory floors when we built our home, 10 years later when we put cherry floors in our bedroom (gorgeous) and then again when we had all oak floors in the rest of the house. We did not encounter any of the lack of commitment other comments made. Their work is impeccable and beautiful. Easy to care for with just water and vinegar. I am calling them back again to re-sand the kitchen and put fresh polyurethanes on the floor since we re-did the kitchen. How nice we don't have to re-do the whole kitchen floor because it still looks good. Just needs a surface re-fresh

We hired them to do our entire first floor, which is all wood - sand, stain, and finish. I have never worked with a more professional, honest, hardworking group of service / construction people. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Their finished product made us feel like we bought a new home. Absolutely outstanding.
