Do NOT use these people. My flooring was installed Nov. 18th and 19th. On the 18th I got home to find that the installers put black handprints all over my freshly painted walls that I paid 2k for. When I complained, Ralph showed up the next day and attempted to wipe the marks off but just smeared them. Upon “completion”, I found that they didn’t install carpet on my stair stringers that are in poor condition. Now I somehow have to repair the stringers and paint without getting anything on the new carpet. They also stopped flooring 2.5’ short of my wall in the mechanical room. I tried contacting

I had an appointment for a flooring estimate with Kim for Monday October 18 at 11AM and she was a No Call/ No Show. She had my cell number and didn’t have the common courtesy to call me to inform me as to why she couldn’t keep her appointment. TERRIBLE & UNPROFESSIONAL business practices

We’ve used Carpet Country 4x for different room projects. This time was to have hardwood floors put in throughout our downstairs. But thanks to a great recommendation from one of their sales reps (Kim) we went with vinyl floors that look like wood, and I have to say they look AMAZING!!! The vinyl really does look like wood and feels great to walk… on. Also the installer (Nick) was so professional and nice, and did an awesome job working solo!!! I highly recommend using Carpet Country for your flooring needs. All of our experiences with them have been great!

We would like to share our experience with the service from Carpet Country. When we visited the store, the sales guy was very helpful and provide us with the quote very quickly. Placing the order was painless and the delivery was on time. Unfortunately, the tile we got had too much of the pattern variation from the showroom and we were not happy… with it. Mike (the owner) was very understanding of our issue and immediately solved it by accepting the tile back. The next morning delivery guys came to pick tile up, they were very friendly and helpful. Nice selection, but I took the day off work to get errands done and planned my whole day around a carpet measure midday. When he was 20 minutes late, I called to see what was going on and they said he was working with another customer, apparently who he thought was more important than me. He would have been at my house well over an hour late without even letting me know.

Carpet Country Flooring and Design Center has the best selection of flooring in Northeast Ohio. Their showroom is spacious and beautiful. Their sales staff is knowledgeable, helpful and kind. The owner, Mike Kovach, wants his customers experience to be positive and he goes out of his way to ensure that it is. I definitely recommend them to any and all who are looking to update their living space....you'll be glad you did!
