We built a home and this company was used to source our carpeting through our contractor. The company has been pleasant to work with and we appreciate that.
Unfortunately, we have several issues with the carpeting, which this company purchased and sourced. 1). The padding has totally worn down after just one year of living in the home. It is not comfortable to walk on. Furthermore, we can feel all sorts of things under our feet when we walk around. It's uncomfortable and disappointing. 2). The floors were not properly cleaned when it was installed. There is all sorts of debris that we can feel

The installers cut a board wrong, their fix was to caulk the gap you could see between the trim and floor. The trim was about an 1/8 in short of the shoe molding. I told them I wasn't going to caulk a brand new floor. They had to do it right. Their next fix was to glue a piece in that would only be held by glue. I wouldn't allow that either. Finally they agreed to remove 10 pieces and fix it the right way by replacing the floor. I thought I was finally good. Then they wanted to glue the transition pieces down because they didn't have any track to snap them into. I am going to have finish it out
