This size unit yields 25 square feet of space. Although these 5x5 units are small, they are an excellent size to store all of your extra items, like garden tools, seasonal items, office supplies, or your miscellaneous boxes. This size unit yields a total of 50 square feet of space, perfect for storing an entire bedroom or office.
Start by gathering as many boxes as you think you will need, tape, markers, and packing material i.e. Make up an inventory of your items and keep it in a safe place at home or in a safe deposit box away from the unit. Pictures and mirrors should be wrapped in cardboard and marked "FRAGILE" and stacked on end.
If there is a storage space available that meets your specific storage needs, you can move in anytime by registering online or in our office. Your monthly payment will be automatically drawn from your checking account or credit card on the 1st of each month. If you have an outstanding balance, you can log in to our website to make a payment.

The storage units & grounds are well maintained. It's such a pleasure to find the roads in good shape in the warm months & well plowed in the winter months.
There's plenty of outside lighting through out the rows of units. Which is important to me, as I usually don't get a chance to go to my unit until the evening hours.
The owner Bill, is readily available via phone or in person. Both Bill & Briana returned my phone calls in a pleasant & timely matter.
Finally, the location is ideal for the surrounding towns of Portsmouth, New Castle, Newington, Stratham, Exeter Newfields and New Market.
