Storage Units Report

A 5x10 unit can fit approximately 100 storage boxes or patio furniture, bicycles, and small lawn mower. Please note: Reserving a unit online is free. There is a $25 registration fee which is automatically applied to your first months rent (not an additional fee). A 10x10 unit can fit the contents of a one-bedroom apartment or your motorcycle, patio furniture and other seasonal gear.

All ground level units (sizes 5' x 5' to 10' x 30') have easy access, drive up, and drop off.

Everyone was very helpful on the size of the storage unit I needed and time frame for me to move my stuff in/out. Very safe and secure facility with great customer service.
They even recommended apartment rentals for me as I was looking at the time.

We have had our unit/s here for 12 years because after researching others we have found this to be the best storage facility in this area. Not only is the location great, off of Route 1, but the units are secure, clean and allow for easy ground level access. They offer various sizes, as well as heated units and the prices are very good. When we moved we secured a 10x10 unit only to find out we needed a larger one. Linda and staff were beyond helpful offering us options to meet our needs. Great customer service!!! Wouldn’t go elsewhere.

We've been using Route 1 Self Storage for more than 5 years and have found the owners and staff to be very friendly and accomodating. One evening I forgot to close the door to our unit and received a call that they had closed it and padlocked it for me. Phew! The grounds are always well maintained and we've not any problems with dampness or vermin or any kind. Pricing is slightly better than others I'm told. My thanks to this facility.
