I would ABSOLUTELY NOT recommend Window World. My process started back NOVEMBER 2020. The first sales rep never called me back after coming out to take measurements and provide the quote. I should have taken that as a sign to NOT do business with Window World. However, a friend asked us to give them another shot as he had a different experience with another sales rep. The new salesperson came out January 2021 after a lot of back and forth in March of 2021 we finalized the order that same month. My windows were installed on July 20, 2021, which was a disaster. The installers left smudges, caulking

Orderd 11 widows they came in in a relatively decent time , installer came out and installed them the bathroom window glass was wrong it was supposed to be rain glass..was told no problem just some paperwork three of the widows are not release cause they won't lock well they are not straight in the openings asked the installer he's response was yes they are but if you want them to look correct we need you to sign a release , the house is 80 yr old and there's settlement so after he's done we open them and they don't lock. So they are noticeably crooked in the openings and don't lock also he didn

After $5,000 down payment, it took 6 months for the 2 doors to arrive. The agreement was 6 weeks! The installation crew did not speak one word of english! We could not communicate, installation was lousy! I asked for the supervisor, nobody ever showed up. Do not do business with these people.

Worst experience with a company!!! Never return calls doesn’t refund you money for something they didn’t do. So yes I would even call them thieves. So unprofessional no communication. I’m still waiting for a call from them for something they messed up. Never going back!!! Don’t waste your time they might be cheap but lord they a hassle to get in contact with or even get an answer.

Some windows fit we're not as snug as I thought should be if they were custom made to fit my openings and took 5 months to make I thought they should of been a better fit not have a 1 1/2" gap. The caulking job was terrible, caulked over old caulk and foam insulation. Glass left in yard. Burn marks on my siding from the installers using a hand held torch to soften the caulking for removal. Then you get the run around for someone to come out and rectify the situation.

Window world did an excellent job installing our new windows. Our home is noticeably cooler when we get home, and we love the look of the new windows. Modern and Sleek. Our estimator, Jason, was amazing. Gave us good advice and options when picking windows and finish. Although the wait was long, it was worth it.

About 4 years ago I purchased a sliding door from this company. You see and hear commercials all over the tv and radio all the time so one would think it is safe to assume that this company is always on their game. ABSOLUTELY NOT!! On that sliding door is a screen door which was damaged during some crazy weather a few months ago. I called the company and ordered a new screen door. Keep in mind, the salesperson that sold me the door said that there's a lifetime warranty on the unit if damaged. The call center rep never offered
