Was sold a dream was told they would fix anything that fell off or blown off since it's "wind proof". Over a year still haven't had roof panels fixed contacted them over 5 times about issue was given run around till today when told they don't fix wind damage. Also had about 15% of the back side siding just fall off one day waited over 3 months for them to come out to even look at it ,decided I can hang it back up myself fixed it myself to avoid there services. Will never use them again will be reporting them to the BBB. I recommend you shop around there not worth the headache. I'll say it loud

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! My husband built our home and I’ve worked in insurance for 23 years with 12 of that in homeowners claims so both of us are very educated in the building process, with that said, we were looking to put a large tempered glass window in our dining room, specifically 9’ x 3’. This is a review based solely on phone and in person conversations with Royal window staff about a potential window replacement. First off, read some of these reviews about their customer service. AWFUL Experience.... Customer service is nonexistent. I had to contact Royal windows in order to find out when my services would be done. I feel like I always got the runaround. Waited weeks for the roofer. But, very satisfied with new roof. Been waiting on windows for a few months now and never received call. So, I called today and was told they would get us scheduled and give us a call later today... Not good business!

I had 4 bids for my windows, 1 rep made racial comments & wouldn't had given him. My money if he had the best quality & price 1 tried pressuring me that he's reduce his price drastically if I signed contract right then & the other have some crazy high price then kept lowering it but price again only good until he walked out of for. We purchased a roof on 7/3/2019. It is now 9/12/2019. We were told we would have a roof in four to six weeks. Well, still no roof. I have called several times and get passed around or get told someone will call me back. No call backs come. Our financing was approved in July. So, that is not the issue. We are seriously thinking about cancelling the order and find someone that will put our roof on. Also, they sent a second man out to double check the measurements and told us we would have the roof in ten days. Well, that was three weeks ago. We just want the roof we ordered. Very bad customer service

Not installed to manufacturers specs. Sorry customer service. After sealant was smeared on top of the siding to seal roof flashing, I asked the general manager to come take a look. He told me it was not an A grade job but my home wasn't either! Have standing water on my roof and water that runs out from under the decra shake xd roofing that was installed. There was almost no prep work done. (Roof decking wasnt level over an addition.) They promise to warranty everything. However you will never get anything in writing about a warranty. I can assure you that dealing with this company will be a ROYAL

We had Royal Windows install our windows based on the windows they had installed for us at our prior house 10 years ago. They came to our current home and began installing the 12 windows last Sunday and was finished in roughly 3 hours. We quickly learned that quantity is a lot more important than quality.. The contract workers are only paid by the number of windows they install.
