Don came out on a Saturday within 30 minutes after my call (apparently was in the area).Who does that anymore? Very straight forward an honest man. I could'nt be happier. I highly recommend Don's Heating and Air for any of your house mechanical systems. Don installed my central heat and air 8yrs ago at a competitive rate compared to several other companies. Since installing I have only needed service twice for air conditioner work. Each time Don has responded right away or within 30 minutes and arrives at my home same day or next day! I appreciate Don's honesty and straight forward approach to his trade. Good man and a good company !

Don installed the original central air unit in our house 29 years ago, and he replaced the furnace this past winter. This morning Don replaced the A/C system after the old one had to be removed for foundation repairs. He has also provided service on the furnace a couple of times over the years. Every time I have dealt with Don he has been very responsive and professional. His prices are below the other local heating and cooling companies I checked with and the quality of his work is outstanding. My basement flooded and I had to have my water heater replaced. I called Don and he came right out. I was dealing with a huge mess caused by the flood and Don put me at ease with his professionalism, quick response and compassion. He told me that I had enough to worry about and having hot water for a shower shouldn't be one of them. Great guy!
