The very professional service team of Damon - Howie - Jeff - Cliff - Justin installed a Furnace, AC unit, Hot Water Heater, and Ducting in my home. The replacement of the ducting lines was per my request to improve the heating and cooling of the home. The team was very thorough and made sure everything was right before heading out. I would recommend these employees for they were very respectful and made sure they didn't let the dogs out and wore covers on their shoes and cleaned up after they were done...leaving nothing to clean up...that was fantastic. Plus their knowledge was excellent and professionalism was outstanding.

Mark D. arrived and sat down with me and went over the products they carry. He took the time to explain to me everything I asked without being pressured. Holland heating showed up for all pre arranged appointments on time and prepared . Very professional and courteous, answered all questions and was very clear on cost of service. Kevin and Jonathan were hard working and did an awesome job , when they were finishing they explained what all they did and how every worked they also cleaned there work area up and left it as they found it only warmer 😀 ra112017 was the job # and service was on 12-07-21

The salesman that came out was Rick he was very nice and explained everything to my husband and I. Rick was not pushy and answered all of our questions. He stayed in contact with us until the technicians were on their way. The technicians were here before the appointment time I was impressed. They had a great personality and a good sense of humor. They explained everything to me on the energy saving furnace and took the time to show me how to work the thermostat. Cliff and Justin K on job RA111031 on 11-3-21 were courteous and professional. They explained what they were doing at different steps of the installation. And helpfully answered all of my questions. Work order HD110295. Technicians Dylan and Tom did a great job. They did top notch service job completing the installation of our generator. They completed the job and cleaned everything up in our yard. I will definitely use Holland Heating in the future for anything I might need. They are fantastic to work with.

I had Holland Heating and Cooling install the furnace/central air/air exchanger in my yoga studio 2 years ago, which was a rehab of a 130 year old building. They did a wonderful job designing and installing the entire system. I couldn't be happier with it. Very efficient, keeps the energy costs very low, considering the building is always at 80+. They even gave us a Veteran's Discount, honoring my Husband's Service. Jeff and Bart were fantastic.

I had Holland Heating and Cooling (via Home Depot) quote a job to replace my AC and install a split in my garage. I explicitly showed Brad (the guy doing the quote) where my cold air return was messed up in the basement and would need a replacement duct (about 5 feet worth). The quote was higher than many others (about $6500.00 for everything) but I figured with lots of 5 star reviews and being in business so long it would be worth it so I said to go ahead with the job.

Had A service tech out on the 17 of July, our ac they installed just over A year ago wasn't cooling the house, Paid to have them send out A tech to clean everything. Had to call because no call or show to complete. Tech came out to complete on the 26th. Said everything is fine. Thermostat is still at 72 house is 80. Now it is wait till Tuesday. My thoughts they don't know what they are doing. Come out here twice and still not correct. Maybe I better call Goyette!!

I had a new heating unit put in my mobile home on 10/26/2018 it went ok it took 7 hrs I was told it would take 4. That's ok it was when they went to install the thermostat the box was empty so they called and said they would be out Friday the 2nd of Nov between 11 and 12 but when I called Friday the 2nd at 9 o clock I was on hold with the service dept for 10 min I hung up and called back I was told some one would be out between 1 and 6 REALLY so I never got a thermostat I bought my own Thanks for Nothing

On 12/8/2017 we had TJ and Josh (HD 712084) come to install our new heater. Right from the get go they were both courteous and very friendly. They arrived at the time they stated and gave me a pretty accurate time of when they would finish. TJ also put a much needed surround around our existing thermostat which was awesome because it covered up my jacked up paint job. My husband seems to always schedule stuff like this when he's not home, which is super annoying but I was completely comfortable hanging around the house while they worked. My experience with Holland heating was great from start to finish. The estimator came out, looked everything over and then asked us about our priorities and if we were interested in any upgrades above our current equipment. He provided options to the equipment we said we were interested in but never pressured us or tried to hardsell us on things we weren't interested in.
The installers, Matt and Josh, were 15 minutes late for the 8:30 am start time but called well ahead to let me know when they would be there. They made sure my Job # RA709202 looked like it was installed by professionals

Had new lennox furnace and humidifier put in on 2/23/16. The installation tech TJ showedbup promptly at 9am, explained what had to be done, and began working. Towards evening he called in co-workers Damon and Nevin(sp?) to help finish final connections. A lot of changes had to be made because our previous humidifier was installed incorrectly. We are very happy with the installation and the professionalism of the employees. We highly recommend Holland Heating.

Horrible. Do not bother wasting your time. Honestly that is all I have to say. He came in, did not introduce himself, then spent all of 5 minutes looking at my furnace. He came back to tell me it was not worth fixing. Did not give me a free estimate and then they had the nerve to try and charge me for the free estimate....

Woke up to get ready for work and had no heat! I called Holland Heating and Niel Castle was the technician that was at my house in just over an hour. He diagnosed our problem, changed the part, checked the rest of the furnace and was gone in about 40 minutes - we had heat! The best part of all was that the price was very reasonable - very - considering I made an emergency call.
