The service team worked efficiently and thoroughly to complete the repair job on our furnace. Im considering the annual service plan that may help prevent similar issues in the future. They have specialized instruments and training that go beyond a screw driver and vacuum cleaner to allow them to detect issues harmful to equipment and occupants during periodic inspections.

We had no heat and of course it is the coldest day we have had. They were so polite on the call and immediately gave me an emergency appointment. Within 3 hours of the call Jason was here. Little did we realize that our boiler was burning so hot that it was shutting off from CO. Jason did a great job and literally may have saved our lives. Thank you and Kapala you have a customer for life!

These guys are awesome. Our heater broke 5 days before Christmas. we went without heat for 3 days during some of the coldest days of the year (9 degrees). Mark came over and was able to get the furnace installed the next day. They did an awesome job and the basement was so clean afterwards you didnt even know they were there. Thank you so much Kapala team! I highly recommend Kapala. Because of you guys we are warm and cozy watching Christmas movies tonight!
