There are many people that feel they are safe, but here at Pine Tree Heating we DO NOT sell vent free heaters or fireplaces. Efficiency = percentage of heat from the gas going into the fireplace. 80% efficient means out of 100% gas input into the fireplace, 80% of that gas is used as heat in the house and the remaining 20% of the heat is in the exhaust.

Absolutely the best company for all your heating and cooling needs! Brandon and his team came out and replaced our water heater with an on demand tankless unit and also removed our cullinan water softener and installed one we purchased. Very reasonable pricing, fast service and super friendly! A++++ all the way!

From scheduling our initial service call to the follow-through after installation, our experience with Pine Tree Heating & Air Conditioning has been totally wonderful! Kurtis was so kind, knowledgeable, and helpful! He was thorough in trying to revive our previous AC unit. When it was determined a replacement was needed, he chose the perfect unit for our house based on comfort, efficiency, and longevity. On the day of install, they arrived promptly and everyone was so nice and respectful. They skillfully and cleanly installed the new AC unit. I highly recommend this business!

Pine Tree responded quickly and professionally to our Furnace problems. We called in the morning, and by late afternoon a new furnace was installed, and the old faulty Bryant furnace carted away. Clean up was very thorough. They exceeded our expectations. Friendly crew and the price was very reasonable.

We were looking for a gas fireplace and “googled” for our nearest vendor. Discovered Pine Tree with 5 star reviews and decided to visit. Greeted by Tricia whom we found very helpful and knowledgeable. There are many more units on display here than what I had anticipated. We ended up making a cash and carry purchase as I felt that I could DIY this project. Well..... it turned out to be a bit more than anticipated. I thought since I had decided to do this myself I may not get a very helpful response, but decided to call Pine Tree for a possible consult. Wow was I surprised! Big thanks to Tricia

Overpriced, $80 for a 30 minute visit. They might not even find the problem in that time and you need to schedule another. If that sounds good, choose these guys.
Brandon quit without really knowing the problem. Then said a different truck with almost triple the hourly cost would be needed to diagnose more about the problem. $80 for nothing, and 2 hours at $175 each for the "special truck" to find out if the AC is overcharged or compressor bad.
We wanted a paper report with possible costs to fix, for a small claims case against the previous home owner. Only handed us an invoice for the 30 minute

I called and tried to get some basic estimates and rates from four or five HVAC companies about repair work on my ac, pine tree was the only one who would give me the time if day. All the other companies said they didn't know their hourly rates and the person on the phone said they only do scheduling... Pine tree on the other hand gave me their rates and even had a technician call me to discuss the problem. Excellent friendly service, even when the technician came out they walked me through and showed me everything they were doing and got my ac repaired in no time! There was a small billing

Had a new furnace and heat pump installed. They removed the old furnace and air conditioner and installed the new units along with a new thermostat and humidifier all in one day! Because the new furnace in smaller; they moved the gas line, added a new drain line and kept everything compact and neat. We have more room around the furnace now. They removed all the packaging, the old parts and cleaned-up; even swept the floor. So far everything works, but I know they will back their work and I don't expect to have any problems. They did a good job and the price was right too!
