Have had them made glass for a back door that had been broken they did a great job and very fast. I am also going to be getting glass for my fish tank that had gotten broken. They have a great price on glass have great customer service and are very timely at getting the work done. I will definitely keep going back here every time I need glass or plastic! Definitely use this place of business you won't be let down ever!

Ordered windows for the whole house.10 days before they could come out to measure.another 14 days just to find out they didn't order the windows.i was told they would express and have them to me in two weeks.well it's going to be another 18 days because they were wrong.didnt offer nothing but a sorry.

Outstanding....the installers were great and did a great job. There were 3 projects with a few complications but they did a great job. The salesperson was very helpful getting us the right door and window. Great company with excellent service.

We loved all the interactions we had with this company they were friendly and prompt they showed up quick to give an estimate and we got scheduled for window installation. The installers were great however after they left was when things took a turn for the worst. We noticed a crack in the vinyl on the window we called river city glass right away as we shouldn’t have to pay for a window that is broke. They referred us to our sales guy via email. Ok we emailed the sales guy who was out on the field and someone else replied and asked for pictures which we gladly sent. No reply a week later we reached

The workmen were polite and the work was quality. I had 6 windows replaced and they had to put new trim on 3 windows as the old trim was brittle. But the windows fit well and they even put sills on 3 windows, one of which was not a window they replaced! This made me very happy. The only negative was it took quite a while to be put on the schedule. I am a widow and somewhat hesitant to have strangers in my home but overall, these guys were great and they are a local business!

Not timely, was told several times we had to make a new template of our unique windows. Then told us they were lost. Not professional in being upfront with issues. Took months to get them. Didn't listen or bid what we wanted therefore our contractor lost money. Will not use them again.

Pretty disappointed in the way this company handled my interview and hiring process. The hiring manager Matt really made me feel like I had the job and he wanted to hire me. Especially After horror stories of the guys he told me he gave a chances to. The interview was a Friday; and he told me he would get back to me with a CALL on Monday to let me know where we stand. I tried to make contact several times. 9 days later the hiring manager Matt got back to me with a very weak and poor Email and told me they hired applicants with glazing backgrounds. I didn't go in and interview for a glazing

As a business owner of construction company I dont recommend this company. I've had three orders messed up in the past year on order the screens where messed up, the other order we ordered extra wide frams paid extra and windows came standard frams. The last window we ordered was supposed to be painted stars bronze on outside. When picked up it was scratched up very bad. They stated it was the paint company's issue and they had no touch up. So I buy window from River city glass and it's my problem your paint company sucks? Funny how that works. On top of it all

River City Glass has earned 2 stars. They finally got the shower glass correct, and it looks beautiful, but from 2 measuring appointments to final 4th install appointment was nearly 3 months and there were many errors through the process. Additionally, no discounts were offered for the hassles, inconvenience, nor my own repairs I had to make as a result of their work.
Mike came out and measured the shower in June. RCG then requested another measure appointment several days later. This time Eric, I think was his name and Mike measured again, incorrectly I might add.

Their ONLY bidder (according to them), Shane Hensley, came out on 7/1/2019 to give us a bid on a 26 window replacement job, no small task. He was supposed to email the bid in "the next couple days." Still haven't recieved our bid. I called office 2X...left our ph#'s, confirmed emails. Was told they cannot reach him and have no ph# for him. What a bunch of malarkey! Pass on by River City!

I was hesitant to try this company from spotty reviews on their integrity and service but went with them anyway since their quote was much lower than other places in the area. I called to figure out where our glass was after waiting a while and was told it had not been ordered yet. I asked why and it turns out they just forgot...this is really disappointing. At least we got an apology from them. Everyone has been friendly and responsive to our frustrations, and the evaluation was done quickly.

It all started with the unbelievably rude front counter person.
I dropped off a window to be repaired. Thermopane window in a 20 year old, plastic frame. It has been missing the trim plastic on the inside for at least 5 years. The missing trim was commented upon and I asked them to replace it if possible.
It was supposed to be ready in a week. A week later, she called to ask if I had picked it up. Seems someone walked off with a window and she thought it might be me. Took over two weeks to get mine back.
Installed the window in the house and a week later, the glass fell out of the frame
