Top class, from start to finish! The office folks were always quick to respond & transparent with us, even when our shipment was delayed a bit!
Beau helped us on numerous occasions come out & offer advice to ensure a smooth install. And the install itself was simple & efficient (just like our new windows!)

This company answered my initial call and returned subsequent calls promptly. They came out the next day to take measurements and the estimator Beau was courteous and professional. I cannot say the same for another glass company I called locally. This company was refreshing to deal with in today’s world of covid delays and unprofessionalism!

They had a great price on the replacement of my window and one upped my idea and told me they had laminate glass that could not just be broke out. Very happy with the finished product/work, were on time and fast. Will definitely recommend City Glass!

I had someone send a rock through my window. I called around the City Glass was the nicest and actually cared about my feelings. Very personable and understanding. The tech that came out was friendly and helpful. Prices are super fair. If something happens again and I need new windows, I will be a returning customer

I had a great experience with City Glass Spokane Inc. Everyone provided excellent guest service, from Dani on the telephone to the person who came and conducted the assessment and estimate, and the person who repaired the window was amazing. This company was able to assist me quickly and in a friendly and professional manner. Other companies I reached out to via email, voicemail, etc. never responded; or responded after City Glass had already resolved my issue. City Glass was also great in communicating via email and text, kept me informed, and was just fantastic.

We recently purchased a older home in Spokane Valley. Recently updated and remodeled. However the original single pane windows remained. We contacted city glass and others for estimates for replacement. City Glass was significantly better pricing.
The owner and crew showed up with a complete portable workshop. Set up on tarps to protect the lawn. It was amazing to see the effecient progress of removeng and replacement of the old windows. They did a beautiful job. We are extremely happy with the results. New high quality windows that contain the new technology of self cleaning capability called

Starting with the estimate to the completion of the job it was seamless. Brian was the installer and was very professional!
