Services
Prior to construction, your new pool is reviewed by our design & construction team, Engineer, & Owner. All construction notes are carefully put on the plans for permitting, sub-contractors, and our crews. Permits are then obtained, which can take anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the municipality.

Odom built pur pool and they did a great job until the end. The "Pool School" was very limited and the guy they sent was condescending and unprofessional. We called because we had a concern about our chlorinator not working. He came out and told us our ph was off, that was not the problem but they charged is a $80 service call for this wrong info. If you hire them to build your pool, be prepared to pay another company to add use you on how to use this fancy equipment they install

Odom Custom Pools was top notch from my first design and proposal meeting with Dwayne through pool school with Eugene. My pool is beautifully constructed and was completed on time. Each Odom staff member was professional and knowledgeable in their part of the pool process. I am so happy I selected Odom from the 4 companies that I met with to design and build my pool. Thank you Odom Custom Pools for a beautiful pool and fire-pit with a stress free construction process from start to finish.

We picked Odom out of three pool companies after meeting with Dwayne and reading their outstanding reviews and I am so glad we did. They did an outstanding job and if I could give them 10 stars I would. The job was done on time, their workers are polite and knowledgeable and any questions we had were answered promptly. Dwayne and Jared were frequent visitor to our job site checking to be sure things were progressing smoothly. That is the difference between Odom and the other guys.

I have had so many compliments on my new pool from Odom Custom Pools, it has been incredible. Jared was amazing to work with. I travel for work, so his team came out, with samples, whenever it fit into my schedule. Also, he REALLY KNEW what he was talking about, only recommending the best planning ideas, materials etc.
2 of my neighbors have already called him for their pools. I experienced none of the "pain" I anticipated that typically results from putting in a pool. I am a tough customer, from NY, and Odom Custom Pools really made the entire process....actually...enjoyable!

We couldn’t be more THRILLED with our decision to use Odom Custom Pools for our new custom pool build for our family! Every aspect and stage was handled with such efficiency, expertise, supervision and all around BEST customer service around! There should be no question on using them for your pool build! We live in a new community and have seen other pool builders work. It was a no brainer for us. ODOM IS THE BEST IN THE BIZ!!!

From the very beginning of the process with assessing and estimates to the final inspection and any fine tuning as needed, we were thoroughly impressed with the quality and care that this company provides.
