We moved out here and decided to build a pool. We decided to use this company because we heard they build good pools. So we used them and they wound up building what looked like a nice pool. Then about 3 months later the deck started to have multiple cracks and the grout started to fall out of the tiles and there were a few more issues. We called the company and they told us to wait a 1 years so everything could settle. so we waited a year and they wound up coming out and taking care of it (or so we thought), then about 4 months later is was the same issue. ... Long story short they came about

Very disappointed, most parts of our pool have had to be replaced multiple times and it’s only 3 years old. Go with another company, very poor quality. We had problems from the beginning, and even before the warranties were out, we had to replace almost every component. I stand by my review, as I paid more than average for this pool, and have sunk over $2000 in the last 2 years on repairs. Again, only 3 years old. Very disappointing.

I call A&G Pools for a quote on new pool and subsequently receive a call from Dave Curland. He came across as rude on the phone initially but I think nothing of it. When he arrives at my home for the consult he's rude once again. Very unprofessional. I went with another company because of him despite A&G having a great reputation amongst several of my neighbors. Ask for someone else if Dave Curland calls to do your pool quote.

Pat Corby is our super overseeing the build on our new custom pool. We met last week and he is an excellent communicator and very informative. The whole process has been what I’d expect from a premium custom pool builder. He assured me that the pool would be completed no later than May 1st— on-time for us to close on our new house.

A&G have wonderful staff. Since we had no experience with putting a pool in, we had relied on the designer and unfortunately one of the jet openers for the spa was located where someone could trip and although they forget to put the overflow in for our $65,000 pool but did come back and do it, and have yet to resolve the bubbling issue on the Salt System they have been very attentive and come out and respond to our calls — the fact they do not subcontract except for the screen which only through pioneer and I think the concrete— made it very easy because didn’t have numerous people involved

This company is first class , Their reputation speaks for itself. We spoke to neighbors that had pools built. We were looking for quality and timeliness. We met Bobby, he listen to our budget and design and made our dream a reality. They may not be the cheapest in town, they had the pool complete in less then 8 weeks. Not one time did we ever have to call or wonder when the pool crew would show up. It was a great experience using AG. I know I made the right decision when others in my community started their project before us, and they are weeks upon completion. This company is top notch. Thank

Todd and I can't rave enough about A&G pools! As first-time pool owners, we were clueless about everything. We thought we had an idea what shape we wanted (from seeing a model home pool) but A&G's Bobby Austin knew what would make better use of our limited yard space. He maximized swimming area plus a luxurious hot tub, and we added the back tile wall which greatly adds to privacy and luxury look/feel. The whole construction team at A&G made us feel in great hands--they are a well-oiled machine.
