From start to finish- highly professional, on point with communication and what to expect, even helping pick out what shingles and trim would look best on our highly detailed steeply pitched 115 year old 2-story Victorian in Old Town West. Michael’s self-proclaimed OCD was exactly what a homeowner would want on a job of this magnitude and importance. He was on site multiple times a day to make sure everything was just right and his crew knocked out a difficult task in just 2 days! We have already recommended

This is not regarding the business but it is regarding the reckless driving on the road. on Saturday 05/08/2021 morning around 11:30am, a pick up truck with number QRB-151 (having on target business vinyl on it) on I25 in the construction zone before cross road BLVD after Costco could have caused a fetal accident by running over us. He was trying to change lane into the lane we are driving without even noticing we are in SUV big enough to notice, I had to move out of the lane into the shoulder and honked for long time moving slowly, the guy in the truck did not even care or noticed us (I did not

Michael and his crew went above and beyond to get my roof done before my closing date he had less than 48 hours notice! He answered all my questions in detail, met the adjuster to walk the roof with, and made me feel so much better about a normally stressful process. Gave me details on how to prepare even talked to my neighbors to ensure they were not bothered! The lender was causing us trouble and he called in his crew on a Sunday so I could close on time! Professional and honest group of people will recommend him to everyone I know!!!!

This is the third time we've used On Target, each time with a more demanding project and each time with excellent results that were even commented on by neighbors. On one job, after a hail storm, four other neighbors on our block hired On Target as a result of the work they did for us. Michael is a real problem-solver and unusually attentive to detail. I would highly recommend using On Target Roofing. Michae is exceptional with communication and represents himself as a professional. Michael took the time to go through the process of how he was going to repair our roof along with how his company works side by side with the insurance company. We used On Target Roofing to replace our roof in September 2019 after the big July 2019 hail storm. Josh and the team were great to work with, especially for providing quotes and working with our insurance company to go through the necessary steps for payment. We had a beautiful Malarky roof installed by this company about 4 years ago. Mike was professional, informative and honest. The crew was careful about our surrounding trees and bushes and went over our yard after install with a magnet at least 3X to get as much metal as possible. Cleanup was efficient. This roof is absolutely gorgeous!
