Schultz Roofing is by far the most experienced roofing company in Northern Colorado. When I interviewed Craig for the job, his extensive knowledge of the weather in this area and the roofing manufacturers and different types of shingles gave me assurance that he was the right company for the job. His crew worked very well together and when finished, cleaned up everything perfectly. I watched his installation manager walk twice around my house after everything had been picked up to make sure no trash remained. We had Schultz Roofing & Repairs, LLC replace three roofs (main house, garden shed and additional garage/workshop) at our home. I really don’t know where to start, from Craig to his crew from start to finish of this job was nothing more than amazing.
Craig went over everything along with the different shingles (I for one was so glad with the suggestion they made for our roof it looks amazing).
His crew came out and the things they uncovered we could not believe but, proof was in seeing it. We had our roof replace about 7 years ago and they did absolution nothing more than replace the shingles

Ray and his partner did a fantastic job today repairing a leak in my roof! I called 3 other companies that either gave an outrageous quote for a non existent problem or didn’t want to touch the roof since they didn’t install it originally. Ray came prompt and on time and pinpointed the vent that the leak was coming from, replaced it, and resealed around the furnace “pipe” below the vent as well to ensure there wouldn’t be anymore leaking. He took pictures as he was doing the repairs so he could show me the problems and repairs throughout the process. Will definitely go with this company

Schultz Roofing did a great job replacing our roof in 2019. The reason I’m writing this review today is because of the excellent customer service. We are selling our home and needed to get copies of the warranty, permit, etc. Craig Schultz returned my call and had all of the documentation I needed emailed over to me the same day. Hard to find that kind of customer service, especially 2 years later!

The work was also completed within a week of contact and was finished in one day, and the quality of the work was top notch.

Just had our roof replaced by Schultz, and could not be happier. Craig (owner) is a wonderful person, runs a great team and business, and does awesome work. He had a suggestions for all aspects of our new roof (including color) and he was spot on with his suggestions. Hs quote was detailed, thorough and he stands behind his work. He's also incredibly responsive and really knows his stuff. They started the work early and worked late and finished ahead of schedule - impressive! His team worked hard, they were friendly, and helpful. This is a family owned business that has been around a long time

My family couldn’t be more pleased with Schultz Roofing. Craig was on site promptly after contacting him. Throughout the entire process he took time to guide us through all aspects of replacing a roof. He was helpful in explaining how to work with the insurance company and even took the time to explain how the current gutter/fascia design we had… was not in the best interest of preserving our home, and then provided a solution. He provided many samples and photos of roofs his company had personally done so we could choose a color. We couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome
