Do Not Use!!! I am not someone who writes reviews very often, especially bad ones, but I feel it is important to share this with other people before you use this company. I had a pipe under my house that was leaking. I had the estimator from Metro come out and look at the problem. he gave me a price to repair it. I was charged $89.00 for the estimate, which was not deducted from the amount charged. The estimator seemed to think it was going to take awhile to repair, and gave me a price of $575.00. they charge by the job and not the hour, so I thought it would take several hours to repair. When

Metro Plumbing was quick to respond to our needs and very helpful in explaining how they were going to fix our problem with our kitchen sink. They didn't try to "nickel and dime" us and offered cost saving solutions so we didn't spend a fortune on getting a brand new sink. I would highly recommend this company.

Metro Plumbing recieves a 5 star rating from my experience with them yesterday. I had other contractors dance me around for 2 days, two days without water in my house before I contacted Metro Plumbing after a recommendation from a friend at work. I stopped by their office and spoke with Mike the owner about my problems. I had a leak in a CBS block wall in the kitchen. My expectation was to have the leak capped to stop the water damage until I could get bids to replumb the house. The plumber that came out to my house within 2 hours actually fixed the leak and restored water service to the house

Not only did Metro Plumbing fix the concern I had, they were incredibly accommodating. I was able to make an appointment that fit easily into my schedule. Also, the estimate they had given prior to the work they did was accurate, there were no hidden surprises. I plan on using their services in the near future for additional work I need done. The owner was able to schedule my prolonged replacement of polybutylene piping within a day. Crew has been absolutely professional and always communicates with what they have encountered. I would highly recommend any plumbing that needs completed properly to Metro Plumbing!!! So glad I was referred to them! Finally after 3 months my home is being properly fixed for many years to come!!!

My condo complex has been using Metro for years. Yes they come out right away and are fast but its believed they are taking advantage of us. We received an estimate from them for a project and we would normally just say okay lets go ahead. This time the association decided to get a few more quotes. Metro is charging twice as much.
Then recently they repaired a broking pipe for us. We had the drywall patched and they said we will come back out to reconnect the dishwasher that had to be disconnected for the work. They charged us for the reconnection which is ridiculous. I could maybe understand

All in all, I'm extremely happy with the service Brian, the plumber, provided on behalf of Metro Plumbing. It's just the high price that this company charged that makes me give them a three star rating. We are new to West Palm Beach and thus have no real idea of what it costs for a licensed and insured plumber to change a tub/shower valve, tub spout and drain in this area; so maybe this is normal for this area. So, I'll just say what we paid for and you can be the judge.

Very happy with the service I received from Metro Plumbing! I found them online and called their office. Eileen helped schedule my appointment and gave me a courtesy call when the technician was in route to my home. Brian, my Plumbing Technician was on-time and fully prepared to install my new kitchen faucet and garbage disposal. After he finished the install, he demonstrated how to use the faucet and disposal.

I highly recommend Metro Plumbing and will be using them in the near future.

We had Metro Plumbing remove an old sink and install an industrial style sink at the Town of Palm Beach United Way. They did a great job, no issues to date with the work. They were easy to work with and the price was super reasonable. We'd hire them again. They've also done work in our building too (The Palm Beach Towers) so that was great news for us.

I have a home warranty with AHS and when I had a leaky toilet they sent Metro Preventative Plumbing Maintenance. The plumber did not fix the toilet saying that the main shut-off had to be replaced first and that it was not covered by AHS and their price to fix it was approximately $550.00. At my wife's urging we looked at the contract and felt that according to the contract it looked like it should be covered. I called AHS and they said they could send another plumber and if I was right it would not cost me anything, but if I was wrong I would have to pay another $75.00. Rosi's Plumbing
