The folks at Chic Teak are absolutely amazing. Had an unfortunate situation with the first bench I ordered because UPS completely destroyed it during delivery. I reached out to Chic Teak per Amazon's request and I spoke to and worked with Clint, the General Manager. From the moment I made contact, Clint was incredibly professional and easy to work with. He went above and beyond to ensure that a replacement bench was sent and went as far as sending it with a courier to ensure it would not be damaged again. The bench was placed on a pallet and was strapped down for added safety.

I purchased 2 peanut chairs recently. The quality and craftsmanship is superb. I have been looking around for teak furniture a very long time, and happened to come across the relatively small furniture company, doing many web searches. This made me a little nervous because I could not see or feel the furniture prior to purchase. Unlike the big stores, Chicteak made me feel like they really cared for my business. Their response was rapid and the truck driver who delivered my furniture (he does many of their deliveries) was the nicest delivery person I ever met.

One of the nicest, on line-email-phone calls I’ve experienced ordering a item seen only on-line. I ordered, then emailed to request a delay in delivery. We were moving into a new home and had not settled yet. They were most accommodating!! Friendly, kind and personable! Quality of work is spectacular. I can’t say enough! Fast delivery! Decision to buy teak as this type of wood last longer than most wood products. Very happy to find Chic Teak while searching online and even happier to find it on sale and In a style I love, classic! Also impressed with followup emails making sure everything was good. One thing I would like to see Chic Teak carry is the porch swing day bed! Would've purchased one if they had!
I also purchased the bench seat pad which has enough loft to make it more comfortable on the bum. Will be putting decorative pillows for accent!

I recently bought a couple of beautiful dining chairs online directly from Chic Teak after seeing their products on the websites of some large retailers. The chairs are one of our favorite furniture purchases- we like to buy wood furniture without veneer and particleboard, etc, and the dining chairs we bought are not only unique-looking and great value with a gorgeous wood color and grain, but seem incredibly high-quality. I really love my Chic Teak root table! I had my eye on it for about a year. I promised myself once I moved, I’d buy one. Shipping was quick and easy. It arrived in a wooden crate. I had to buy a drill to unscrew the many screws. But once I got it open, my heart swelled. It wasn’t as heavy or as hard to maneuver as I expected. I love it so much!

My first experience with Chic Teak was completely positive. There was an abundance of communication, start to finish. My shipment arrived on time and very well packaged.

We are enjoying our beautiful chairs on our porch in Southeast Montana. The customer service at Chic Teak was among the very best I have ever experienced. Because of our extreme remoteness shipping was very tricky. Clint and Chase really went above and beyond the call of duty and fought through the logistic roadblocks to see that the chairs arrived as quickly as possible.
Chair assembly was pretty straight forward.
Time to go enjoy another mug of something with caffeine or maybe something with barley and hops in our new chairs.

Can’t say enough about the quality and beauty of this furniture. Bought the love seat, the serving table, counter height bistro table and four matching stools. Amazed at how easy the pieces were to put together, how comfortable they are to sit in. My guests are relaxed but feel special at the same time.
Chic Teak provides excellent customer service, specific and clear communication and really care about their products. They offer videos on how to put the furniture together and how to best care for your item. The furniture came fast and was packed carefully.

We bought the 7 piece Santa Monica Bistro set and couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience with Chic Teak. The shipping was quick and efficient and customer service was great to work with. The quality and beauty of the set are outstanding - it is just what we were looking for to add a dining function to our patio.

Defective loungers and unacceptable customer service

Two Loungers arrived with 4 legs (two parts, each with two legs that were intended to be glued, installed and bolted). Neither of them would fit. The spacing was off on both loungers. I called three times and was told to use a mallet and apply glue first. Some wood split and none of the legs could end up flush. I was told the owner admitted that one of the legs was unacceptable. I asked, more than once, which of the pictures I sent of the four legs was acceptable to the owner but

My husband and I were looking into purchasing a beautiful piece from their site on 04/09, which was marked at a very reasonable sales price. We didn't push forward quick enough on the item due to the company's delivery syste dilemma of not being able to come to the city we live. Clint suggested we purchase from resellers where they may use smaller freight companies where they can deliver to our city of residence. Searched for months looking for an entertainment center finally found one here. With some trepidation we ordered it sight unseen (except for the photos). Arrived as promised well crated and protected. We are very happy with the piece. Customer service was good, the quality and looks of the furniture are good. Would buy from them again if we needed to.

I bought the Suar Bar table for $1240.00 ,The customer service by Clint was responsive in the beginning ,after he got the money and I got the table which had an overlooked factory defect ( wood splitted on the edge of the foot rest bar that transverses across the table) I called and sent the pics about it and everything turn out 180* ,he was the one getting mad and defensive instead of me , telling me that he would give me some "pointers" how to fix it by myself ,everything else was up to his discretion . Im not paying brand new price to just fix it myself as broken .I have to dealt with
