We have purchased several pieces of indoor and outdoor furniture from Direct Furniture over the past couple of years. Our past experiences have all been good and today’s experience was awesome! My mom just had knee replacement surgery and we didn’t realize how much we need an adjustable base for our mattress. After one day we realized how much it would help to be able to raise and lower the bed and elevate her legs. We called them up today and told them what was going on and they had it delivered to my house by this afternoon (on a Saturday)! Thank you so much!! My mom is already enjoying

We purchased a leather recliner here, and were shown a small blemish on the top of the chair. We were told that was the reason it was half price. It was barely noticeable, so we purchased it.
Somehow it got damaged between being in the showroom, and being delivered to our home.
There was a 12” slice in the leather on the front of the recliner that could be opened up.
It looked like someone took a box cutter and sliced it clear through.
After a few rounds of phone tag, we finally talked to the saleswoman we dealt with, and she told us that we agreed to purchase it like that. WHAT??!!??

Never have I experienced such amazing customer service! Needed immediate patient lift chair after Amazon purchase shipped half a chair with no warning or ability to say when or if the other half was coming. Called Direct and spoke to Victoria, she confirmed they had a couple in stock, sent me photos to show them in the up position because we couldn’t get to the store and scheduled a delivery date in less than a week.
