We have had the most wonderful experience with this company - they helped us through multiple bathroom renovations and their attention to detail was outstanding. Their installer Will took the time to check every detail/layout with us and explain to us (ahead of time!) when things wouldn’t work as we wanted because of our spacing/tile choices, so that we were well informed.
We had one issue with a TEC grout color we chose - that didn’t install correctly - and Jimmie (the owner) spent days fixing the issue even though it wasn’t their error - he made it right at his own expense. Absolutely
