Wesley from S & W Tile is a professional and the right person to get the job done to perfection. After experiencing water damage in our new home in July, we needed help creating the perfect master bath and bathroom remodel. We began consulting with Wesley at first and then he provided an estimate. Even when faced with obstacles, Wes was able to offer alternate timelines and complete the job within the time he promised. As first time homeowners and not being familiar with how houses are constructed in the US, we were very worried when we noticed that our shower was leaking into the basement just after moving into our newly purchased home. The thoughts of doing a shower renovation to a place that was supposedly renovated in 2019 was upsetting. Lucky for us we were able to find S&W tile and we really can't say enough great things about Wes! We had our kitchen backsplash redone and had a great experience with S&W. Wes was meticulous and really cared about the quality of the finished product. We are planning to redo our bathrooms and will definitely be having Wes back for those!

I can not say enough good things about S&W Tile and Wes! He jumped in on two major remodels we had with our bathroom and our flooded basement and knocked them out of the park. The level of professionalism, efficiency, and skill were amazing, and both spaces turned out even better than I could have hoped for. Wes completely redid our master shower which had never been properly waterproofed. He demo-ed the old tile, completely waterproofed it, and retiled it beautifully. He was completely transparent the entire process and even finished early. Can't recommend them enough!

I want to thank Wes and Ryan for making a new awesome shower for me. Even from two months out they showed up on time. Wes always answered my many emails pretty quickly with all the questions I would keep asking. He told me about different products and pros and cons. Explained after each step that was done. They stayed on schedule and cleaned up after each day. I'm probably forgetting a bunch of stuff but I don't really write reviews. Working with Wes and Ryan was an absolutely great experience. From start to finish Wes was knowledgable, professional, and extremely communicable.
In a market that seems to be teeming with hack-jobs, Wes is a standout craftsman. If you have done any research into waterproofing and tiling a shower, you will know that the vast majority of installers do it wrong. In all the tilers we spoke with, none of them were able to outline how to properly waterproof a shower; moreover, none of them could justify WHY they were using their methodology over manufacturer or TCNA standards. Wes did 2 brand new bathrooms in a 100 year old house we were remodeling. They came out even better than I imagined. He was great! He showed up when he said and did the job quickly and efficiently. Our shower was improperly installed and water damage was showing after only two years of use. Wes and his team quickly identified the problem and came up with a cost effective and beautiful solution. In less than a week they demo'd and replaced the tiling in our shower. The finished project looks beautiful. Can't say enough good things about Wes, the owner of S&W Tile. We hired him for a leaking shower that turned into a complicated and messy shower and bathroom demo/remodel as we discovered our current shower hadn't been installed properly by the previous homeowner and the result was extensive wood rot and mold. I could not be happier with my new bathroom remodel that was done S&W Tile. I worked with S&W Tile because I looked on Angie's List to find some options for tile contractors. Other companies had 5 reviews or 3 reviews but S&W had 263 reviews. You do not get 263 A ratings if you are not great. Wes called me right back when I left a message about wanting to discuss the job. He was so professional throughout the whole process. He gave honest opinions, detailed pricing and information from before the job started until after it was finished. I wanted to spruce up my aging condo on a small budget. Wes was a great help and very patient with our selection of tile products. We ended up tiling a formerly ugly kitchen backsplash with a modest-priced tile and now it is classically contemporary. We spent more on beautiful glass tile for a small area over the bath/shower, and I love how that looks. We also tiled the ceiling over the bath/shower, and solved that nasty ceiling mold problem permanently! As a final touch, very inexpensive marble-look tile on the old linoleum floor. A leak in our dishwasher ruined our kitchen floor; Wes replaced it beautifully. He always showed up when he said he would, did the work meticulously, and gave us excellent advice. I recommend him for any tile work. A real find.
