A larger company wanted to replace my entire system without even making a concrete diagnosis of the problem. I called Cool Change for a second opinion and they were able to find and fix the problem for a very reasonable price, offering to deduct that amount off the cost of a new system, should that be the case after all.
I read the other reviews on here that were critical of Cool Change's responsiveness to calls but I did not find this to be the case. I called them on recommendation of my neighbor, who also had an extremely positive experience with them.

My experience was horrible. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!!!!.
My air conditioner was out for 2 days prior to this company's
technician arriving. They told me when I made the appointment that the technician should arrive around 1130 am Friday, June 19. Then they called back and said he would be there by 3:30 pm. The actual arrival was around 4:20 pm only to tell me there was ice build up on the coils and it would take approximately 2 hours for the ice to melt before he could work on the unit. The technician advised me and my husband that he would go to another job and would return within 2 hours
