Answered my questions quickly and honestly. Installers were prompt and polite. Didn't know before purchasing warranty that annual maintenance necessary to keep warranty but I guess that is reasonable. All in all good company and experience so far.

I have been with them for 16 years. They installed my system 16 years ago, have serviced it twice yearly ever since.it is an extremely reliable system and hasn’t required much in the way of repair until lately. I will probably replace it with the same brand in 3 years. I am very satisfied.

I purchased a Trane system several years ago from Leggett. Bill Leggett’s advice on that system started me saving about a hundred dollars a month on my JEA bill. I have used them for regular maintenance since. When you do have to call for service, they show up when they say they will. 5 stars

I called Leggett to get a "second opinion" after being told I needed alot of work done on my AC unit. Well it turned out that was not the case and I would have paid through the nose for services I didn't need.
Michael was professional, communicated with me and thoroughly checked my system. I will definitely use Leggett again!

The old HVAC system was 15 years old and I wanted peace of mind and a top tier unit. Billy and crew were a pleasure to work with. Recently installed a 4T XV20i heat pump and hyperion air handler. The true magic is I decided to spend a little extra and have a multi zone control setup installed. It took 2 days for redoing all the ducting and a day to swap out the units and 1 more for an intense system calibration. While doing the duct work they had my comfort in mind and were able to temporarily hook up the ducting so I had AC at night. The entire time it was no hastle, no nonsense professionalism

The property where they worked is a property not in my home town and I live two hours away. we were able to make all arrangements over the phone. The secretary/scheduler Traci even remembered they had a key from a prior repair. Good honest service. Helpful referral was given to an electrician as well.

Leggett was contacted to come out to our new 2 story garage to design an HVAC installation that would minimally interfere with storage to cool our upstairs and potentially cool a closed in storage area downstairs. "Billy" was on time and even friendly, at first. My husband suggested putting the handler in part of the closet upstairs, but "Billy"… talked us out of that idea due to "accessibility issues." Instead, "Billy" proposed that the handler be downstairs to meet our goals, quoting around $7k for the job. The 2 men came to install and began hanging huge boxes, not custom built on site

Update 11/16/20:
The St. John's County Building inspector came out today and noted several concerns regarding the ductwork that required additional attention/repair, so the inspector FAILED Leggett Heating & Air's final inspection. Leggett was contacted by the county about the problem areas and apparently Leggett decided to quit the job, refusing to fix the problems needed for our installation to pass final inspection. Of course, they've been paid in full for the job, but are choosing not to complete it. Now we have to hire someone else to complete the job to pass inspection - very disappointing

Bill and his staff are very knowledgeable and honest people I was quoted a price on Monday and two days later we have cool air again with our new system. Their professional staff in the office translates to excellent service with their technicians out in the field. I highly suggest participating in their Preventive Maintenance program(PCA).... your units will love you for that! Remember a "happy house is a conditioned house".....
