Cool R Us A/C & Heating's owner, Lek Gjoka, arrived in the United States from Albania in 1999, speaking no English, with no money, and with no experience in the heating and cooling industry. A college graduate with military experience, Gjoka quickly learned English and got a job working in the warehouse of an HVAC business.

Absolutely outstanding value and professional quality work. Thrilled with Mitsubishi mini-split heat pump recommendation to correct kitchen space (20’ x 20’) not cooling properly and being 3 deg warmer than the rest of house. The recommendation for a mini/split was spot on and allows us to cool to the temp of the rest of the house without having to set the whole house ac down 3 deg to cook comfortably in the kitchen at the same temp as the rest of the house.

Alex came out promptly and diagnosed the issue. We will see how the repair is resolved and what warranties are able to be applied.
It was determined that I needed a new fan motor as well as a new compressor. The compressor was covered by warranty. They installed the compressor and 2 days later installed a new furnace. They were meticulous in their work and made sure that the ductwork and systems were working properly. Thanks to Robert, Antonin and Luis for their attention to quality.

Cool R Us is a great company!
We had experience with them before as well for a minor repair,Lek showed up in less than an hour and repaired it himself.
This time we had to replace the whole system,I called Lek late Saturday evening and he gave me a fair price,they showed up Monday morning and had my new AC running in about 3 hrs.
On top of having some additional electrical issues that they haven’t charged me anything for and having to call 3rd technician to come out and help them with that .
Technicians Vase Gjoka, Tuan (Tom )Nguyen and Enea Dokollari were very professional,took care of everything
