According to state, county, the manufacturer's service requirements and NSF/ANSI Standard 40, it is recommended that all Residential on-site wastewater treatment systems be inspected and serviced every 6 months, Commercial systems at 3 month intervals. Northern Illinois Septic Service, Inc. (NISS) offers service and maintenance contracts as well as repairs.

I have completed my third 3 year contract with Northern Illinois Septic. I would have signed another 3 year contract with NISS if I hadn't moved. Rob was very responsive when my alarm on my system went off. He came out immediately and fixed the issue. Rob is personable and takes the time to answer any questions you may have. I highly recommend.

I highly recommend these guys. We had an issue with our system and had a service person come out, diagnose, and repair the problem within about an hour and a half total. It was truly amazing! Extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Did not oversell us on things we didn't need. I can't say enough positive things about this place, very very happy.

I had an alarm on my septic system and decided to call this company. My previous service provider was being unreasonable. Rob called me back promptly and came out today to handle the alarm. Rob was on time and swapped out an aerator motor quickly. Based on the quick service and reasonable service fees I decided to sign up for a 2 year maintenance agreement. I highly recommend them!

We have completed our second annual maintenance contract with Rob and Northern Illinois Septic Service. We will renew gladly and highly recommend them. Rob is excellent at communicating when he will perform the inspections, and he follows up afterwards with an email and a copy of his report in case the one he leaves behind is lost.
We found Rob after we had a blower go out just after an inspection by another company. Rob came and replaced the blower at a fair price and we decided to go with him for annual maintenance. We cancelled the maintenance contract (just renewed) with the old company.
