Poor service!
I scheduled an appointment to have my blinds checked. They charge $95 service call and give you a two hour window for arrival. They scheduled on a Saturday between 1-3. I drove to my rental unit and arrived at 12:30. I tried calling a couple times only to find that the office is closed on Saturday and there's no way to reach anyone. So I sat and waited until 4 o'clock, and no one showed up. As I locked up and left the unit and was driving home I receive a call at 4:19 PM from Dominic saying he needed to reschedule.

It was awesome working with them a few years ago. They are professional, courteous, and did a good job. They installed black out curtains for my office. Job was done smoothly and quick once we got it scheduled. They were able to work around our schedule so we didn't lose any work time when they installed the curtains. I am looking forward to using them for my apartment in the near future.

A great experience working with this team when I'm on island on some properties. They installed solar shades on my townhomes and they look fantastic. I had a specialty project I had asked if they could perform with some material I had purchased. The salesperson said they would give me a quote on the project but I had to give them the material first. I gave them suggestions on how others have done it before. A few weeks went by. I got an email stating they couldn't perform the project because their equipment couldn't handle the material. They said I should come pick it back up. Canceled an order for draperies within 12 hours. Their office staff were easily confused, did not seem to know what they were doing, and made the mistake of sending me a check instead of crediting back my credit card for a refund. Then they charged me a 3% fee for an order that was never paced with their manufacturer. Spoke with Max requesting refund of the service fee and got the runaround. Max eventually said that he would make sure it was taken are of, that was over 6 weeks ago. Prices are also very very high, greedy not customer friendly. Will not refer anyone to this company. Poor service

Had Ben and Isaiah come this morning and remove and replace a window. After carefully removing all of the window casing and the window and frame. They installed the window after much modification. They did it quickly and effieciently. Great job guys, if I ever need anymore window replacements, i will be sure to give window world call. Thanks again to Ben and Isaiah.

After reading the reviews about Window World, I gave them a call for a vertical blinds estimate throughout my whole house. A salesman came (won't mention his name), took measurements and said he would drop off samples and provide an estimate the next day. It's been over 2 weeks and still no samples or estimate! I called and sent a text to my salesman last week, asking about the status of the samples and estimate. He texted back that he "totally forgot and will drop off the samples within the hour". Guess what? I'm still waiting! That's a long hour!!!

We had a great experience with Window World, especially with Christian, who was such a wonderful person to work with.
We ordered black out drapes and the work was done locally, quickly and for a reasonable price.
There were some minor corrections and adjustments that needed to be made after installation, however the company was easy to work with. Christian was so helpful, professional and pleasant with an amazing "can do" attitude, we will certainly use them again in the future.

First time here, they loaded me up halfway, another lady came, she didn't even park good, and she came out said hi to some guys on the curb, and next thing I know they started loading her up, the amount of time they took loading her up, they could've finished mines first and I would've been already gone. Terrible customer service! Learn to finish the people who are there first!

Toward the end of our home renovation, we contacted Jennifer at Window World to look into purchasing blinds for the numerous windows in our home. Jennifer was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful in assisting us in making decisions. She was always available and catered to our schedule as far as meeting with her. She came out to our home twice and was punctual and thorough. The blinds were delivered and installed as scheduled.

I would like to say Window World is great. I actually was told to call another company and their phone rang & rang. no answer. And I found Window Window on Yelp. I called and they answered right away. I spoke with their sales person Jennifer Brian. She was very friendly and helpful. O sent her pictures & dimensions. She gave us a quote & drove up from Honolulu to our office in Haleiwa North Shore. Showed us samples of the roller shade material. Then their installer came up to verify field measurements. unfortunately this was right before Christmas & New Years and they were busy

I wanted to say how wonderful my experience with window world has been. We started out shaky with issues regarding scheduling, but once that was resolved, I had 2 teams of very professional men over to (1st) reprogramed my living room and dining room automatic window shades and (2nd) restrung the shades in my son's room, after measurements were taken from the 1st group of men.
The men were very respectful, they took off their shoes and left them outside my door. Both teams showed up at a timely manner and seemed very trustworthy.

I wanted express my appreciation for Tanner and the men who installed my roller shades ! They we great as far as providing great customer care . So my sliding door didn't have a cover because it was never ordered, my husband forgot and so when it was brought up to my attention that day , I asked the guy who was installing my roller shades to see if they could put in an extra order (same day), he said that I'd have to check with Tanner. I said fair enough and after his lunch break he came through and installed it the (same day) . Fast and efficient workers ! I would definitely recommend

Window World was recommended to us both by our architect and general contractor. We met with Tanner at the location to choose our roller shades. Very soon after, the measuring was done and our roller shades were expertly installed by Alex and Koke, ahead of schedule! The quality of the product and installation exceeded our expectations.
