Positive: Quality
We had three(3) banks of Breezway Louvers installed with the IOS frames in our oceanside Maui condo. They replaced old, malfunctioning jalousie windows. The new windows are perfect! They close and seal wonderfully. In fact, when they close, our condo is so quiet. We are very happy with our new windows.

Breezeway needs to respond to these negative reviews. Or, help these folks out with their problems so they'll revise their comments. I'm getting ready to make a louvre window order. Was going to go with Breezeway but these reviews are making me think twice. Maybe Milgard windows instead.

High quality products, highly recommended. Give them plenty of time to make your product, lead time is 3 to 4 weeks, as of November 10,2017.

The six inch window glass slats look nice along my back patio wall. The inside window closer is very stiff to operate and it takes a bit of strength to engage the window lock. The mounting screws are cheap and several rusted through within a year. The Breezeway, North America people who answer the telephone do not provide any customer service for the consumer. They seem only interested in talking with window retailers and installers.

In my opinion it's pretty average. Nothing serious to praise or complaint about. Thanks
