My furnace was not heating our home. Called them in the morning and the phone was answered by a very friendly and helpful lady who was able to squeeze us into their very busy schedule on the same day! Tech texted when he was on the way, arrived right around the time I was told. He was very courteous, friendly and efficient and walked me through all he was doing and what we could watch for in the future if we had any further troubles. Within an hour he had the heat working and the pricing was very fair and reasonable. Great experience! Highly recommended this company!

When my AC quit working, I asked my Facebook friends for recommendations for a trustworthy, honest HVAC company and Balance Point was one of the suggestions. I could not be happier with their service! They were knowledgeable, friendly and had my AC up and running in less than 2 hours from the time I called them, and for only $200! I hope I don’t need them anytime soon… but they will be my official HVAC company in the future!

We have had an A+ experience with Balance Point. Justin and the entire team are so professional. We decided to replace our 20 year old AC/Furnace units before they went out during a bad spell of weather (hot or cold). Justin came out and was so personable. He is very knowledgeable. He explained the different options and answered any questions that we had. The office staff were very polite and friendly. They kept us updated with the schedule. They also helped with filing the rebates. The installation techs were professional and respectful of our house. They ensured that they kept the carpeting covered

My experience with Balance Point has been excellent. I had to have a new AC and furnace put in as my previous AC and furnace were over 25 years old and had finally failed. Below are the reasons why I am happy that I chose Balance Point to install my new units.
-They install and maintain Carrier AC's and furnaces which is a top brand according to my research
-Their price point is much better than the other companies I got quotes from. These other companies were even quoting brands that did not score as high on consumer reports.
